the staff at the property does not speak English at all and breakfast is very ordinary secondly a very steep climb to reach the hotel every days

This hotel is ideally located where many attractions are at a walking distance and at the same time you can avoid the Rush and hustle bustle of the inside city.the staff specially Mr.Azar is very cooperative and a thorough gentleman with good communication skills.The owner Mr Taymure is also very accommodative and a fine human being, will recommend my all friends traveling with a medium budget to keep this hotel on their first priority.

The breakfast needs to be improved a little.

in the middle of summer the A/C wasn’t cooling even when we closed the curtain during the day. the hotel entrance is also a bit hard to get into and fond.

Although they advertise they accept Visa, once we arrived, we were told that they wanted payment in cash, and up-front, because of a problem they had "with the bank" not accepting credit cards. This information could have been conveyed in a message before we arrived, but it was not. Because of it's remote location (our taxi driver could not find it, but that's partly an issue with the taxi driver) we were unprepared to book an alternative at the last minute. There are other problems too (you need a code to get into the lobby, and figuring out how the door works is like a puzzle ... we were standing outside the building for a half-hour before somebody a few doors away helped us open it) ... also internet signal does not work in the room. But not to lose focus: They false advertise that they accept credit cards. The owner was extremely pushy about getting the cash. Perhaps they don't pay taxes? No iidea. This property should be delisted, but I doubt booking will do that.

It was a very good experience. The staff is very friendly especially Mr Azar. Who has a great knowledge of English and Arabic language so that's why you don't worry about visiting attractions. I really appreciate it to him.

10 min walk from the old town.

let's start with the terrible condition of the rooms: The beds are horrible and super uncomfortable (caused back pain); Lack of hygiene in the room; The curtains didn't block out the light and the door was also made of glass. At 5 am we were already waking up with the light coming through the windows and door; The television gave no channels and the electrical outlets seemed to be in bad shape; The doors did not close properly, causing a lot of noise to be heard from the street. Regarding the bathroom: The shower door did not close and the floor was all wet; the water had a lot of limestone spoiling the skin and hair; There was a horrible smell coming from the toilet. Overall we were very disappointed with the hotel and it is obviously quite expensive for what it provides. Another issue that failed was our registration on the Azerbaijani government website causing us to have to pay a penalty of €200 (400 manat). That was the hotel's responsibility and elsewhere this hadn't happened. When we confronted the hotel owner with this problem he refused to refund the money. I do not recommend this stay at all.

Location was not too bad but too far to walk to center or restaurant or old town

Not clean and not comfortable at all. Internet description was miss leading. Disappointed and cut short stay due to not happy stay.

very clean, the manager, Sara is an amazing woman, she looked after us like family, our room had an amazing shower and balcony and breakfast was included.

Pros:- Staffs are extremely supportive and caring specially the lady who makes breakfast. Thanks to Taymur he helped to find my lost passport. Thank You :) View from the room is really beautiful. Breakfast is good. Room facilities are good and room was really clean.

Cons:- There is a password for the building entrance door I was not informed in advance. Wifi was not working for all three days. one day lift was not working. Nothing is mentioned on the entrance door of the hotel So it can be mistaken as residential apartment. Hotel needs to put sunshine blocking curtains in the room.

Wide room Friendly stuff. Clean room

The bathroom was a bit smaller than it looks in photos for twins bed room. The location is not very far from the city center but its up to the mountains. The food was very limited and repeated everyday.

Great hotel, exactly like the pictures. Clean and tidy. Nice and quiet. And very safe. Most importantly, very kind and professional staff! They were extremely helpful and accommodating! Thank you!

Terrible reception. They were not even there most of the time. They did not accept credit card for no reason. Entrance was unsafe and awkward. Breakfast was so weak.
