We had the ground floor apartment which was great. The rooms were a good size and there was plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious, the living room very comfortable with a great view. It is close to the old town & it's market square restaurants and the Vennbahn route for cycling or walking. Property is easy acces from the main road but also in a quiet residential area. Used as base for the Spa Grand Prix which was a 45-50min drive away.

Not much! If I am going yo be extremely picky it would be that the beds were perhaps a bit too soft for my liking, but were ok. Another very minor gripe was that the knives in the knife block seemed very blunt except the bread knife! Other large knives in the block struggled to cut anything! Other than that no issues at all!

I love this house and its most charming view.... I also like that it is very clean and well equipped.

The apartment was spacious and clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Heating worked well and beds were comfortable. Ample outside space to use when the weather is good. Good location to Monschau city center (easy drive or steep walk). Free on-site parking.

Ceilings are low in some areas. Floor is hard and cold...I recommend bringing slippers! Could hear noise/voices from apartment above until well into the night. WiFi was pretty bad unfortunately.

Beautiful view, very clean apartment, spacious. Everything necessary in the kitchen for a short vacation.

The interior could use some renovation, uncomfortable mattress. Some pots in the kitchen could be replaced.
