A truly gorgeous house in an amazing location. Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful time!

Location on the water was the best. Loved the old trees in the yard that gave plenty of shade. The house is super, equipped well, clean and very nicely decorated.

very warm welcome to this stunning location with panoramic view across the sea. the property is light and airy with effective air conditioning and comfortable beds. artistic touches throughout made it feel very beach and homely. not too far from the bars and restaurants at the port, but not walkable, although there are more local alters that are accessible on foot. a memorable stay for sure.
if you don’t like flying insects, this may not be for you. more cicadas than I have seen anywhere in the world.
The main reason I can’t give this a 10 out of 10 is that there is no sound proofing between the upstairs bedroom and downstairs bedroom, you can literally hear the sound of them breathing, so no privacy at all. fine if you are a family with young children, but not if you are two couples! shame as it’s such a romantic location. but I’m sure it could be easily fixed. I would definitely return if so!!!

Amazing location right on the private beach. Great garden with trees, where you can enjoy the shadow on the hot hours. The house is equipped with everything you can think of, you literally only need to bring your clothes, everything else is provided. Decoration is beautiful, little details are very appreciated. Hot water is available at all times, A/Cs are working great. I really cannot think of anything that was an issue.
Maria is a great host and the property is amazing! If I should write something I did not like is that the near tavernas do not have a delivery service.

Perfect place on the beach, with fruit trees and lovely places to sit eat and relex on the beach
A little bit small for a big family like us, but we knew it in advance and the home design and location worth it.

Excellent villa. Clean, comfortable, spacious, on the beach. In the villa there is everything you need. Towels, bed linen, dishes, personal hygiene products, etc. All that you may need. Very good, large terrace. Well-equipped place near the beach. There are also sunbeds and a table with chairs, a large dining table, a hammock, a swing, and a shower. This is the best beach of all that we saw in Epidavros. The sea bottom is cleaned by the owners of sea urchins and therefore you can swim without special shoes, which is also a rarity for Epidavros. This is the best Villa in Epidavros with a private beach. And of course the main advantage of this Villa is its owners. Open, hospitable, sparking people who will help in everything that will be needed. Thank you Maria and her husband for our best vacation! We hope to return next year.
