short walk to the town and beach.

Nice walk to a nearby hike, to the beach, and to stores (grocery, alimentari/small food store, bakeries, and fruttivendolo). Also a decent walk to the closest train station, so we enjoyed a day in Genova and another day exploring two villages in Cinque Terre and hiking between them. The apartment is on a main road but it's easy to make it quiet and dark at night with the privacy shutters.
There was a little mildew in the bathroom and one bedroom. Pillows were very flat and could be nicer.

Really good location since it is close to the beach and the restaurants but still quiet and peaceful. the beach close by is public so you can rent lounge chairs for very reasonable prices. Very good value without the touristy feel.

Nice clean apartment close to the beach but not too close to the more frequented areas of Sestri Levante.
The road can be noisy in party periods (saturday night) - earplugs solve the problem.

Such a wonderful apartment, the beach is really close by, about a 5 minute walk, we really wanted to swim so this was exactly the right place for us. The apartment is cosy and there are 2 airconditioners. There is a washing machine available. I had contact with the hostess via whatsapp and she was very helpfull, everything I asked or needed, she replied right away, even at night. The key to the apartment was in a little safe outside, only to open with a personal code which I was provided with right upon the check in time. There is a private parking spot available.
There were also pods for the washingmachine, coffee, cookies and soap available for us. We had a really pleasant stay.

It was spacious and had a washing machine. These are two important features when cycle touring, along with a secure place to store one’s bicycle.

Apartment is in a new building, everything inside is new and of good quality. Kitchen appliances, furniture, comfortable beds, huge closets, new bathroom
Excellent for shorter or longer stays, so much space for a 1 bedroom suite.
TV could be bigger, people like me from North America are used with 50 inch TV. Lots of channels
We stayed 1 night, car is 10 m away from the entrance in a reserved parking spot. Parking is not secure, is near walkway, but the area is good, not too much traffic, nobody scratched our rental car, so everything was great
Important positive note for October or when is cold outside: the suite has its own thermostat! You can adjust the heat based on your preferences!!! It’s huge compare with many places in Italy where they are trying to make economy not opening the heat and they consider you a total moron and they tell you BS like heating is not permitted based on some municipal laws, so on
Not at this place! Modern, new, efficient, no e oniony was made, everything for the full comfort of the guest. I will definitely recommend to anyone as one of the best accommodation in Europe
