Un garage double, plusieurs terrasses, 2 cheminées à bois, 3 téléviseurs avec DVR, Wi-Fi et table de billard de taille officielle complètent la maison.
Le rez-de-chaussée d'entrée intermédiaire comprend un salon, une cheminée, ½ salle de bain et une grande pièce avec cuisine et bar à petit-déjeuner, 2 coins repas et salle familiale. Accès au pont extérieur et aux volets de plantation couvrant l'abondance de fenêtres donnant sur les conifères.
Le niveau supérieur comprend une grande suite parentale avec lit King, TV et salle de bain principale attenante avec douche et très grande baignoire. Une deuxième chambre avec lit king et salle de bain complète sont également à ce niveau.

We stayed at this property with our in-laws, young children and nanny for a family wedding in the area. It was perfect. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend. We had a fantastic stay! Thank you!

Beautiful place. This home was great for our family. We all had plenty of space and our 3yr old grandson loved the game room.
The only negative was with the AC upstairs. The space was incredibly hot despite our following the instructions on how best to manage the the heat.
This is the reason for my overall rating of 4 stars.

We stayed here for my daughters wedding and it couldn’t have been more perfect! They had the perfect area for her and her bridesmaids to have hair and makeup done and it was close to the venue. It’s a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend/

We needed a place to hold several family members for our son’s wedding who lives nearby. This house fit us perfectly. It was very clean, fit us perfectly, and was very close to all venues. The views are beautiful and everyone enjoyed the close encounters we had with elk and deer just roaming the area. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping nearby. Everything in the house worked as expected. We would definitely use this property again.

This home was the perfect place for our family guests over the Christmas holiday. Everything was clean and well stocked, and the spacious living areas were very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in a terrific neighborhood and the home was wonderful, very neat n clean with beautiful views of the mountains. Our family had a fabulous time and the two kids loved the downstairs rec room. This was a perfect home for 8. We are definitely coming back.

The location is great, the neighborhood was great.
The house was very roomy. Plenty of room for (8) guests.
It was very clean when we arrived & we left it as we found it except the bedding. A little pricy unless you can get other couples to stay with you.

We were very impressed with this property. There were 7 adults, all over 60 years old. We found the home to be very clean and well equiped with supplies. The decks were wonderful and all of the windows made everything bright during the days, but it was still quite dark at night. The only complaint we had was that there is a step down from the garage into the house, and 2 places where you step down into the living room, and a step down into 1 of the lower bedrooms, that are not marked, and we found ourselves tripping and falling off these steps. It would have been nice if the step downs/ups had some kind of yellow or white markings to alert you that they are there. It can be especially dangerous to older people. My oldest brother fell 1 time coming into the house from the garage, and 1 of us stumbled off the step going into the lower bedroom when the lights were off. Aside from that, we all had a great 4 day stay at this home.

We had a great stay at this place in Evergreen. It was conventionally located, and seeing the elk roam around in the backyard was great! The house has plenty of space, and the pool table kept the kids busy for hours. We would stay again if we came back!

This place was great for our family. We had our kids and their spouses meet us in Evergreen for a family wedding and the location and size was perfect. The house was exactly like advertised - roomy enough for us all to have our own spaces and the wildlife in the neighborhood was amazing - lots of elk, some mule deer, and even a bobcat and her kitten!
The location is great - not too far from downtown Evergreen and easy access to the highways to the mountain areas.
We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

We stayed here for a family wedding and everything was perfect. The home was clean, spacious, and convenient for the entire family. With 7 adults and three toddlers, everyone had enough personal space for sleeping and the 4 bathrooms were great! Large deck with a Webber grill made for easy meals. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was large and well stocked with everything we needed, and common areas were exceptionally large. Parking was a bit tricky for us but only because we had 5 vehicles and wedding preps had some people coming and going at different times. (Mother of the bride, maid of honor, and a bridesmaid) Limited on street parking, 2 car garage and a short driveway had us shuffling cars a few times. We had some mule deer bed down in the yard a couple of days also!

The property was perfect for our size family with lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked, the living space was welcoming for all of us. The wonderful experience was for the children to wake up in the downstairs bedroom, look out the window and see 3 elk under the deck - what a treat. The only downside to the property was that the carpets were very dirty!

Family time in Evergreen, Co
House worked very well for the 10 of us. 5 adults, 5 teens (13 to 17). Kitchen was equipped with everything needed for cooking and serving, including spices, condiments. 4 boys slept in the lower level w 2 single beds + 1 bunk bed set. I will note that these beds fit children, not my 17 yr old who us 6'3"! He slept on the floor w no problem. Loved the game room w pool, air hockey, TV. Love the way the house is set up w plenty of spaces to separate! Noel was VERY responsive every time I had a question.

Great place for a large group
Loved our stay in Evergreen. Great space for a lot of people who flew in for a graduation. Close to all the necessities you could need, while still being a private space. Lots of fun to be had in Neal's house for the people who wanted to hang out, and close to a bunch of attractions for those who wanted to venture out. Thanks for having us

Beautiful property
Beautiful property! Plenty of space for the 10 of us including a rec room with couches in the actual living room and a family room. Plenty of space to spread out. It had everything included from garbage bags to pots and pans, soaps, condiments etc. we even saw a herd of Elks migrate through our backyard. It was a wonderful sight to see for us Floridians!!!

Perfect location and great stay
We had a great holiday get away in Evergreen. We watched the herd of Elk cross the yard, enjoyed the winter snow, and played billiards, air hockey, and darts. We took walks around the neighborhood and walked the Evergreen Lake Loop. You are close enough to venture into Denver or head towards the west side of the mountains for skiing. We cooked most of our meals at the house as the kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment, dinnerware, and utensils. There are several grocery stores nearby, restaurants, and even an arcade for the kids. Their home is very welcoming, and you can tell they are a loving family. Loved seeing the framed artwork and old family portraits. Plenty of space to lounge around. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Neal, for opening up your home and your hospitality.

Great Family Get togehter
Went to Evergreen for daughter's wedding. Wife and I and 3 brothers with spouses stayed in Neal's place. Plenty of room for all. Location was great for our needs.

Excellent Property
The property was excellent. We got together as a family with 5 adults and 5 kids. There was space for everyone to sleep, relax, eat, and visit. It's a great location to take in hikes, drive to Mt. Evans, white water rafting, ziplining, or head into Denver for various activities. Great rental!!

The house was very nice and spacious, and everything was as advertised. My family especially enjoyed the game room and large deck. Neal was very accommodating with a late schedule change request- much appreciated!!

College Reunion Girls Trip
Wr loved the property. I love local, but needed a place to stay for old college buddies to stay at while visiting. We had 8 people in our party and everyone slept comfortably. There were several beds so we did not need to share. The location was great. It is centrally located in Evergreen with access to great hikes. We hiked 3 Sisters up to the Brother outlook. It was an easy hike that ended with panoramic views. I own Cactus Jack’s in Evergreen so we are every meal there. Knowing the area, I would recommend this to any family or friend group. The owners were so gracious knowing the struggle my business endured over COVID that we felt very well taken care of. This is exactly what we needed to have the BEST reunion.

Vacation/Wedding
Our family had a wonderful time in Evergreen. The area is wonderful. The home is situated across from Elk Meadow, so we had fun watching the elk. Out family had a wedding to attend, so we had a large group staying. This home gave us plenty of space to spread out. The teens loved the game area in the basement, while the adults spent plenty of time on the back patio and the two living spaces near the kitchen. We were able to make meals easily with the well stocked kitchen.

Upon arrival we found the property to be as it was described in the listing. This house offered big spaces and room to spread out. Our family gathering was for a wedding and there were three generations of adults gathered. The room configurations allowed for us to spread out when needed as well as a couple of big spaces where we could all gather. The deck was a great place in the evenings as the mountain at cooled off. The kitchen was functional for preparing meals for our group. The basement area and pool table were excellent entertainment options too. If we are back in the area we would book this property again. The owner was very responsive to questions and left a good booklet of instructions.
