Our family of 6 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ron’s place. The home is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the rooftop patio with beautiful ocean views. A perfect place for a family getaway.

What a gorgeous property! We loved the beach views from the rooftop deck, which has a gas fireplace and is breathtaking! We spent our evening relaxing on the deck and enjoying the view. The apartment has it all in a great location. Look no further if you want to stay in the Belmont Shore area. The apartment is well-stocked if you like to cook. It is well-maintained, clean, and beautifully decorated. It has comfortable beds, is roomy, and has a homey feel. The owners, who reside downstairs, are perfect hosts. They are non-intrusive but available if you have any questions. This property will be our destination when we are in the area. Don't hesitate to book this property. You will be glad you did.

We travel often with friends and have stayed in many VRBOs, but this is definitely one of our favorites. Ron and Kathy were so welcoming, and Walter (golden retriever) was the perfect welcoming companion. The place sprawled out allowing for 3 distinct bedrooms to retreat to. The kitchen was extremely well equipped allowing for gourmet meal time and then converted perfectly for a raucous game night. The rooftop views and fireplace were the ultimate retreat for drinks after a great day in Long Beach. If you don’t stay here you are definitely missing out! We will be back again next year for sure.

We were a party of 3 adults and stayed for four glorious nights! Ron and Kathy are fabulous hosts and we couldn't have been happier. The home was immaculate, we had everything we needed and being steps to the beach was wonderful. The icing on the cake, though, was the rooftop deck. We ate our breakfast up there each morning and enjoyed it in the evening along with the gas fireplace. We fell in love with our home away from home and were so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. We'll definitely stay here on any return trips to the Long Beach area! Absolutely wonderful spanish style beach house. Plenty of room for the 6 of us with great upper patio and fireplace that overlooks the beach and ocean. Just a 1/4 block off the water. The homeowners are very friendly and accomodating. Highly recomended.

The rental was absolutely gorgeous! We were mesmerized! Everything was clean, well maintained, and stocked for essential needs. The private rooftop deck with gas fireplace was the perfect spot to watch the sun set and rise over the beach. If your on the fence about booking... book it, you will not be disappointed!

Great location. Wonderful hosts. The photos do not do it justice. The rooftop lounge area was incredible. There were six of us and we had plenty of space throughout the house. Well appointed and incredibly comfortable beds. We will be back!!!

This was a fantastic property located in a great location. Steps away from the beach and only about a 7-10 minute walk to 2nd street. Apartment exactly as described, the roof deck was great to hang out in. Ron was amazing with communication. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful (better than the pictures on the VRBO site)!! The homeowners were kind and available to all our needs. The rooftop patio area is a tremendous feature. The house was stocked up with everything that we needed. The location can not be beat as it is within walking distance to both the beach and shops/restaurants/grocery. We cannot wait to get another opportunity in the future to visit Long Beach again and this WILL BE the only place we look to stay!!

We didn't have any problems at all. Easy check in and out. Lots of space for everyone. Walked to 2nd st and the beach. View from the deck was amazing. Hope to go back to see Walter the golden. His face in the window was so cute!

This property is lovely and the owners are wonderful. We had a medical emergency while there and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The location is perfect, right by the beach and just a couple blocks from the restaurants and shops. It is a great place to stay in Long Beach.

While attending a conference in Anaheim I chose to stay at this beautiful property. It was everything I could have asked for. The hosts were accommodating and friendly and respected privacy. The property itself was beautiful and easy walk to the beach and to 2nd Street. The beds were comfortable overall loved the place and area and will be back.

My friends and I had the most relaxing and wonderful time at Ron’s home! We cooked most meals in and had everything we could want for cooking in the beautiful kitchen! The rooftop patio had the best view and we enjoyed many hours up there enjoying the fireplace! Highly recommend Ron’s place!

Ron and Kathy were extremely gracious and accommodating and their rental was lovely and had everything we needed for a luxurious vacation. The views from almost every room were stunning and the ocean view from the rooftop seating area gave us breathtaking sunrises paradisesunsets. The property is 1 block from the beach (and anything you need for a day at the beach, Ron and Kathy have), and 5 blocks from the 2nd Street shopping and dining district. The place had a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances and every amenity you could ask for. Clean towels, linens ... you name it, this place had it. Location was also big for us. This rental is 22 minutes from John Wayne Airport, 25 minutes from Disneyland, 20 minutes from Knotts Berry Farm, and approximately 50 minutes from Six Flags and Universal Studios Hollywood. There is also parking behind the property which was a plus. Lastly, what would a vacation be without a dog? Walter is a sweet boy and we enjoyed seeing his happy face and wagging tail each day. We would definitely come back!

Our family of had wonderful stay at this home. It is clean and spacious and beautifully decorated. The roof deck is a wonderful place to relax in the evening and everything was very comfortable. Walk to the beach or to 2nd street for food and shops. We felt right at home and would definitely stay again, even our teenagers loved it!

Ron and Kathy's home is beeeautiful and they are so nice! Communication was easy. Ron and Kathy were friendly and helpful. The whole place has great light and views. The rooftop is a great place to relax, perfect for mornings and a great place for a glass of wine by the fireplace at night. The bedrooms are lovely and comfortable. The master bedroom and en suite bathroom is to die for! Felt like coming home every evening. Ron and Kathy also provided beach toys, chairs, towels, and blankets for use. My children loved it! Besides simply walking across the street to the beach, there are so many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and entertaining areas near by. Also,Kathy has a lovely garden! I promise anyone would love staying here. I will definitely stay here again!

I booked this property for my immediate and extended family members to vacation after my daughters' wedding, and it was the BEST. The property is perfectly located, and the apartment is beautiful. We used it as a home base for other family staying in a nearby VRBO home, and everyone was so impressed! We spent tons of time on the beautiful rooftop patio, which easily accommodated all of us. We had an incredible week largely because this spot was SO perfect. Thanks to Ron for being so kind and generous as well.

What a find, this is the most amazing property, everything was perfect. Beach, restaurants, shops and the Bay only moments away. Ron and Kathy were so welcoming along with their lovely doggie, they went above and beyond what was expected. Would go back in a heatbeat.

I cannot say enough good things about this house! Owners are awesome, location is perfect, house is immaculate and offers everything you need to feel right at home. The beach was ridiculously close with a bay nearby as well for smaller children to enjoy. The rooftop deck was amazing with beautiful views all the way around and plenty of space for everybody to relax! The bedrooms were spacious and loved the jetted tub in the master. Will certainly be booking this perfect vacation home again!

This was a beautiful home. The kitchen was stocked with all of the dishes and laundry supplies we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The house even had beach chairs and beach towels that we were able to use, which came in handy since the beach is less than a block away from the house. We would strongly recommend this place to others.
