We loved the firm beds and proximity to all the action on 2nd Street and 3 blocks from the beach.

Need dimmer on living room lights and darkening shades in the kitchen to keep the heat down (we Santa Susannas during our stay)

Very clean and great location. Beds were comfy. Nice big TV and all kitchen amenities.

The place was comfortable, clean and in walking distance to shopping, food, entertainment and the beach.

Just was a little hard adjusting water temperature in shower.

The property was about 7 houses down from 2nd street, 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the bay. We could walk everywhere. Even though we ate out every night, the property was fully stocked with everything you need to make a meal. The apartment was clean and we loved sitting in the courtyard playing board games.

We did have a problem with the water in the shower turning cold after a few minutes. Called the owner and that day he sent out a plumber.

Tom is very friendly.

The location of this propery was perfect for my trip, everything was a few min away and quiet at night for a goodnight sleep. The host was nice and very communicative, easy to talk to, the place itself was really homey, the two rooms are small but beautiful with ceiling fan and natural light from the windows. Full kitchen and utensils was great A/C available in the living room, the restroom was has 2 sinks, standup shower and I loved that it had a curler, hair dryer and straightener. My favorite part was the balcony to see the sunset from the living room. The TV was connected to Roku and I was able to watch my shows when I wasnt out. Over all a great place to stay if you dont like hotels. This place is homey and lovely, to me better than a hotel. Treat this house as if it was your own place because it's worth it. I doubt you'll regret staying here.

The parking was a bit hard to find during my stay, it could be better in other days.
