the manager was excellent and i had no choice but to go to him for EVERYTHING. he was the only one who spoke English. You want to charge over $100 per night but have staff that doesn't speak english...won't stay there again. be aware: the staff does not speaks English.

The hotel needs staff that speaks english and the buffett needs to be a bit more international. the walls are really thin some of the room smell.

The name of the hotel is a bit misleading - it’s not in Kenting, but in Hengchun - a few kilometers from the seaside

Friendly staff, great food, nice rooms, very new, pool was excellent. Very friendly and helpful to foreigners.

Hot tub would be great! Also 2 pillows potentially. Also we got randomly locked out of our room once, maybe issue with the cards.

Since I stay when It is covid time, the breakfast was made in set. and All of them are unique and good! We stay in the Japanese theme floor. so cozy and nice. and got nice view. The staff are all nice!! even when handling us through LINE, love it much! We left jacket in one of the rooms, yet they still contact us and send back to us! Thank You

There is slight mistake on sending out the breakfast. We ordered the breakfast to be given on 07.00am, but one of the room I booked didnt get the breakfast (and the elderly need to eat medicine in the morning). After I call the reception to check for it, not long after at 7.40 the elderly got their vegetarian breakfast.

The place is nice and clean and comfy. I like how accommodating the hotel's staff. My friends and I stayed in the Japanese quadruple room and the regular room. We were able to use some of the recreational facilities but unfortunately we were not able to use the free pass for the skybridge or slides since the facilities have schedules but still It was a very satisfying stay.I did not like the indoor pool since it was not too deep and i think it is for kids only.

Nice breakfast and good value for money

The room interior is not nice, and a bit noisy due to heavy wind blowing hard on the windows, even though the window is completely closed. It seems that the quality of material used is not a high grade one.
