location was very convenient. Having a pool for the kids to enjoy when the beaches were not open for swimming was really great.

Rooms felt too small and I wish the balcony was not feeding into the inside walkway of the hotel. This made it feel dark with no natural light coming into the room and also a bit awkward to sit on your patio while having to see all the other hotel guests near you walking by.

They allowed us to have 2 smaller rooms to replace our single room at the same rate. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Parking lot was quite muddy. It needs more gravel. Our reserved room was not available due to a leak.

Would be nice to be told where facilities are, way to the beach etc

The poolside room with private balcony was perfect for my 2 friends and I. Conveniently located at the end of the strip for food, shopping and imbibing. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. Will never stop going back.

The rooms were clean and big. The location was great for food and not too far from the beach.

The breakfast wasn’t as great for a foreigner.

The staff was very friendly and changed immediately the room as the standard doubleroom had some trouble with the aircon. The Family room was wonderful and bright also the air-conditioning was ok.

The standard double room is to dark, specially the bath! For me the air-conditioning was to noisy.

Swimming pool was awesome!! The room was clean and cozy ~

We liked the room design and especially appreciated the bathroom looking so clean. The beds are not very big but comfortable. Tasty breakfast with some fresh fruits/vegetables. The private garden around the pool is beautiful. Walk out of the front door and you are on the night market but at the back it is still quiet (except for the fire works). It is very close to the beach (no swimming there though, swimming is allowed on a beach a 10 min walk away.)

The room did not have any bed lights. We had a room for 4 people but only two chairs on the terrace (plus a stool inside). An extra (simple) chair or stool would have been nice. On the terrace, we could sometimes smell the river which runs next to the hotel (and it doesn't smell very nice). We could use the parking behind the hotel but in check out we had to return the badge to get the deposit back. (So we had to leave the parking.) The pool is clean but not cleaned daily. It was certainly a nice hotel but I feel it is slightly overpriced.
