Location for us very good was handy for all places of interest good walks good pubs nice coast line no heavy traffic on roads

The location was ideal for us as we were visiting a family friend 5 minutes down the road. It is also very well placed for visiting Suffolk villages. Kelsale, down the road, is a lovely little village for a start. The patio garden was really safe for the dog who loved lying out there in the sun. We also enjoyed eating lunch out there one day!
Maybe a small container of milk could have been provided with the coffees. Not a criticism but a thought.

The hosts were very accommodating and so helpful for the duration of our stay. Location was also great for where we needed to be and easily findable- would thoroughly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting the area.

Everything was spotlessly clean and such
comfortable sofas and bed! Lovely layout and
everything you need is there!
Wish there had been a little grass area in the
private little garden, for the dogs, as it was
all just stone! The owner very kindly said that we
could walk the dogs around the right of their
large garden though!

The accommodation had been finished to a good standard with many lovely finishing touches. We felt very comfortable there and it was a good location for us.

very clean & tidy. Has it’s own separate patio space for privacy and was nice and peaceful. Towels were provided and there was tea/coffee/biscuits too! We stayed here for a wedding at Glemham Hall and it was perfect distance away (approx 10 mins by car)

The property owners were friendly and very nice. The property was easy to find and was in a great location. Despite being next to the main road it was very quiet. The setting of the property and the private garden was great.
The rooms in the property were of a good size with plenty of living space. My only minor criticism is that the shower room is a bit cramped but this really is a minor criticism as the room contains everything that is needed.

It was a very handy and comfortable cottage in a great location.
The shower room was cramped. we never really met the owners during the stay. one of our party had a chat by chance with the owner.

Great access to main road surprisingly quiet , spec / de cor was good standard , very Xmas with tree and lights very homely which was just as we needed as working away , good wi fi signal , very friendly , facilties top notch

Clean, well equipped and very convenient for Suffolk coast eg Southwold Minsmere etc. Friendly owners. Good wifi.
Shower room is very small. No smart tv but owner said he is getting one.
