Position was great and house was comfy

The spa was cold despite requests to have it seen to. It seems the temp is permanently set at 21.5 which is very low. This was very disappointing as it was the main reason we booked this particular house. The bathroom tap was completely broken and there was only aircon/heating in the second bedroom which left the rest of the house a little bit cold but it was ok.

have suggested that the rooftop needs an umbrella or some shaded area as there is no protection from the sun. the spa is the main feature of the property but can’t be used during the day when the sun is intense.

The location was fantastic, very close to beach and cafe/restaurants but on a quiet street (although a fair amount of construction).

An indoor bath would have been good but we could use the spa instead. Not sure the pool was cleaned whilst we were there but I think I was the only one who used it.

Spa Bath doesnt heat beyond 27 Degrees..... Not sure if a money saving/electricity saving racket.....Really appalling Phoned the agent on day 2 he claimed it worked!!! No follow up - just didnt care For a Sunshine Beach property - POOR QUALITY SERVICE AND OVERSTATEMENT OF FACILITIES Its 2021 - if you are concerned about the cost of electricity - install solar /remove the SPA Simple!!!

Fantastic location, near shops, restaurants and beach. Quiet with beautiful views of ocean

We loved the decor, the pool, private spa, ultra comfy king bed, the location, the sea breeze, the view - spot on!

If anything a air con unit in the main bedroom and living area however most of the time there is a lovely sea breeze - even the many stairs didn’t worry us!
