Luxurious, very clean, very professional and friendly staff, quiet, great location

Picky, but the pillows aren’t the best. Didn’t make for a great nights sleep.

Disappointed with this hotel to be completely honest - no atmosphere in bar - breakfast was badly managed - ran out of food (bacon!) - and if you have an egg allergy (as does my hubby) then no alternative without paying extra ! Slow service then tell us buffet element closed - probably the worst hotel breakfast experience I’ve ever ever had !

Nobu - group is een leuk, gezellig, verfijnd en hip hotel om te verblijven. Het personeel is vriendelijk en super behulpzaam. De bar is fantastisch en de bedden zijn goed. Dit concept heeft net dat ietsje meer.

Ontbijt was chaotisch, weinig rust en de service liet op zich wachten. Normaalgezien is er veel meer keuze voor een ‘gezond’ ontbijt. De spiegeleieren, omelet waren droog. Geen pancakes, vis lag naast het fruit (geur). Voor avocado of ochtenddrankjes dient men te betalen. (Terwijl in andere Nobu hotels niet). De bediening liep stroef vb. 2xpeper op tafel, geen of onvolledig bestek, .. Hopelijk was er een probleem tijdens ons verblijf en loopt het anders smoother :-). Kamer: ramen gaan niet op kip

Central location

Room had many damages, lightning work properly so we were in a pitch black room for the majority of the night. Wallpaper was peeling and the bed had a massive chip missing out of it

Koffie en bestelde ontbijt gerechten duurde erg lang en ging ook vaak mis, bestelling niet doorgekomen, of aan de verkeerde tafel bezorgd

Property was clean and in a great location

Overpriced for what it is, the room is too small for what you pay for.

The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful with all of our needs, and went our of their way to help me make sure that my proposal went smoothly. Which it did! The location is perfect to access all of the trendy bars and restaurants in Shoreditch. But secluded from the main street if you would prefer to have a quiet stay.

Clean. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Didn’t get a tour of the room initially so didn’t have a clue how to work majority of appliances etc. at first. TV didn’t work when we got there and stopped working again after engineer came and left. Weren’t aware that the Spa was closed on a Monday which was the majority of the reason for booking over the Mondrian.

Thedecor through out the entire hotel and the room was beautiful, sleek & modern. Room was incredibly clean and well presented. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. A beautiful place to stay for a special weekend away.

Quite hotel .

Far from public transportation. The bathe almost 1 meter up the ground , so any old people CAN not use it. Also, the security wasn't efecint, the housekeer entered my room while my wife was in the bathroom. I already reported this issue, but I didn't receive a clear answer from the hotel manager!!!! . The reception staff weren't professional. One night, they held me at reception until I paid the final 3 night !!!!they refused me to go my room . I told them all my staff and my credit card in my room until the staff manager allowed me!!!. the brakedast below average. Last thing I booked 8 nights, then I canceled the last night, but the price remin is the same. They said the last night was free !!!!!!!!

Super comfortable and luxurious room, great location to get the best out of Shoreditch and a short walk to spitalfields

Room was not ready two hours after my check in time and breakfast was definitely not worth the extra cost as there was barely anything there
