Great location, only 5 minute walk from central Barranco.
Very clean and comfortable.
Great facilities including a kitchen and sun terrace.
The host, Nilda made us feel most welcome. I would recommend staying here and great value for money.

None of the common annoyances! Nilda, the friendly and communicative host, has taken care of everything. Keys worked easily. Lights where you needed them. Comfortable bed. Spotless bathroom and bedroom. Well equipped common kitchen. Common refrigerator just outside the door. English spoken well. Everything has been thought of and executed perfectly. Great location of Burranco.I would definitely return.

The host was very nice and accommodating and helpful. it’s a simple room in a very nice area with lots of good restaurants and walking distance to the sea. Everything was clean and wifi was good.

The place has a kitchen so you can cook your own meals. The location is one of the best in Lima imho. Quiet neighborhood right on the dedicated bus line. 15 min to DT. The owner is friendly and super easy to communicate with.
Can get a bit noisy from the traffic if your room is facing the street

The staff was really kind and helpful. There is no sign for the property, but the owner was exceptionally quick to reply to my message and tell me where to go.

This cozy place is perfectly located and on walking distance to the beach, parque de los suspiros, restaurants, bars, and many other nice places. I really loved my stay in this place and enjoyed the terrace on the rooftop. Thank you very much !!!
