Very good facilities and location. All that is required for cooking available. TV had Netflix and other services loaded which was great

Not much. View was not brilliant but no big deal.

Communication was excellent with the owner and representative who met us for check-in. The apartment was very quiet with both bedrooms facing the interior courtyard. The kitchen was fully equipped and washing machine worked well with lots of room to hang it out in the courtyard. The roof terrace was lovely (even with the wind) and we enjoyed some nice afternoons hanging out up there. The pool is small but perfect for a refreshing dip and float. The underground parking worked really well and it was great to not have to worry about it. The location is perfect to be really quiet but also just 5 minutes from the heart of El Cotillo. I would recommend Casa Jovia to anyone and would return without hesitation.

Two sets of keys would be handy since you need a key to access the roof terrace. We either had to all go up together or call up to have them open the door. With all of us kind of following our own rhythm it was a bit of a puzzle to figure out who best to take the keys (and we always had to have a phone on us).

The accommodation met the expectations and hosting was helpful and proactive before and during arrival.

1. Only one set of keys was provided. 2. No ceiling fans in the rooms - very useful during hot summer days. 3. No "misplaced keys" insurance coverage. Unfortunately, we left the keys inside the apartment. The host offered to send their maintenance team to try to open the door, before having to use the services of a locksmith. We waited six hours for their team (that never made it cause were supposed to be taking care of another emergency) before we decided to move on to the locksmith option. It was an easy opening that took the locksmith 5 minutes o open with a credit card-looking tool. We were charged 90 euros and the host did not take care of the expense. We expected their insurance policy for vacation homes to cover it, but we were told that the house did not have that feature on their insurance coverage. Personally, I find this unacceptable for a vacation home. 4. We also left behind a small external battery charger for phones. We gave notice right away but we were told that it was not found. We went through our luggage 3 times for double-checking and it did not show up. We are 100% it was left in the apartment. The host checked but did not seem to find it.

It's a high-quality development. The apartment is comfortable and nicely furnished and laid out. Kitchen is well-equiped, not that we cooked (too many good restaurants nearby), TV is mainly Spanish and German, WiFi is good. Location is perfect (though only street views from the apartment). Pilar was a great hostess, with plenty of communication and meeting us on arrival.

The apartment is great, just be aware the the (lovely) roof terrace is two floors above, and you need to unlock a door to access (whilst juggling breakfast :-)

The Appartment was completly fitted, Alex and Pilar were very friendly and helpful, absolut uncomplicated. The Appartment is lying in the Heart of El Cotillo, so you have near by Supermarket, the old and the new Harbour and 1 Minute to the Beach.
