The apartment was very nice, quiet, spacious. 2 TV-s, both working with channels. Bathroom was good, kitchen with basic kitchenware. Balcony was big with a "green" view and the sound of the sea. The livingroom sofa-bed was not that nice and comfortable - I think the madras had mold under it. The facilitys around the place were nice and taken care of - although if you go off-season they might not be working. The village nearby was very authentic with fruit market and some stores - go to the Champion restaurant (10 min walk) - I guarantee the best meals in Georgia.

Terrible apartments with very strong damp smell. Impossible to stay there. Opening windows doesn’t help because a lot of mosquitoes. The only response from the owner Sebastian to solve the problem was to spray air freshener and afterward didn’t agree to speak with me.

Nice location, lots of trees and greenery on the territory, clean beach, comfortable rooms, friendly and very helpful host. It's a real oasis, worth it's name.

The only negative thing was that the swimming pools were not open yet, as we've been staying just before the official beginning of the season.

Appartments We had ants in the kitchen area, television wasn't available, upper shower wasn't working. Facilities Half of dining facilities were closed. Opened eating facilities had limited choice. Sharp edges in the pools. Beach is not kids friendly (stones and big slope).

The complex is absolutely beautiful, with its lush gardens, different pools and dining areas. The apartment was tiptop clean, had every little amenity and items that you'd need. Residents were quiet and well behaved, there were mostly families, no drunk partying tourists. The host was very friendly and cooperative. All-in-all, Oasis Chakvi is a great place to rest.

The complex run out of basic items, for example like towels and take away cups in bars because of delivery issues. Sun loungers are relatively expensive whenever there are any available. Entrance for slide is also quiet expensive (25 GEL per day for kids and 50 GEL for adults).

You may spend all your day if it’s for family... food a bit expensive but still things was good. The security their are well managed. The reception were professional too. The dealer and owner were really nice and helpful. I would rent from their rooms again if I come. Big thanks we all enjoyed it.
