We spent an enjoyable 4 nights here. Great location, beachfront with lovely views across the sea. The apartment itself was immaculate, so clean, comfortable beds, fresh bedding, towels included. Free WiFi. Lots of info on things to do in the area. We had a lovely day on the steam railway and the local beach Romney Sands is perfect for a beach day with the kids. The beach at front of apartment is stoney,but walking approx half mile to the right brings you to the sandy beach with sand dunes. Lots of local restaurants to choose from. Spar and Sainsbury a short distance away. We just wish the weather was a little sunnier for our stay and wish we had booked a few more nights here. We will definitely return next year.

There was nothing we didn’t like, but for younger families the stairs leading to the property may not be ideal. It’s a metal staircase and the apartment is the top third floor.

Lovely views from dual aspect lounge. Everything provided.

Some problems getting a tv signal. But mostly out and about so not really a problem

Great location with sea views and all amenities. Very easy and trouble-free access. Parking on public roads not a problem at the time of our stay.

The hot water was poor in the shower, pressure very low

The property’s location is just perfect, you can see the seaside from all the rooms. It is well decorated and really clean. It has everything you need to enjoy a self catering holidays. Graham and Maddy have been a very nice hosts to deal with, also really accommodating and helpful. We strongly recommend this place.
