El clima y la rica brisa que entra a la casa.
La puerta principal y la del baño de la planta baja estaban caídas

Location was perfect
The host was very nice to us
Room was clean
Bed was comfortable
The weather is perfect for relaxation
Hot water and ceiling fan work perfectly
The refrigerator was not functioning properly, the door would remain open
There was a family in the BBQ area making noise with a BT speaker, disturbing the rest of the guests, against the property rules
My car was blocked by another guest's car and no one from the property noticed
The curtains didn't fit the window and were a bit dirty
The towels are in pretty bad condition and also old
We sometimes felt an unpleasant smell of sewage treatment while sitting in the back of the room

located in a national park
it's a peaceful and quiet place in the forest
the owners are lovely (but definetely not pro hoteliers)
sorry but here's so much to say
facilities are way below standards and partially very dirty - we cleaned cutlery, dishes, pans before we used them
basic stuff missing, kitchen towels smelly, linen not fresh, glass lampshade broken, bed makes loud sounds with every movement, room much smaller than described etc.
...
one only positive thing was the shower providing a great stream of hot water - but also here, the lower parts of the walls are better not to be seen in daylight

Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean sheets.
We stayed in the apartment with balcony above the house. The staircase had no railing (which is fine except we have a 4 year old). The floors were so dirty that even 2 washes later our socks are stained. No microwave (also fine but unexpected). I stepped on a cockroach in the middle of the night!

The place was dirty. Roaches inside the fridge and rooms. It seems there is lack of maintenance
7.0 / 10.0
The surrounding nature was beautiful and the place was peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water & good pressure. The owners and their dogs were quite friendly and eager to please. It was like camping but with city modernity.
Room was much smaller than expected. Comparatively speaking, accommodations in Panama in this price range provide breakfast and are better equipped with kitchenette items like coffee! A kettle and cook top was provided but a mish mash of utensils. We managed okay but if we go again I would bring my own frying pan, utensils, salt or pepper & cooking oil. Apparently we were supposed to bring our own charcoal for the advertised BBQ, which we didn't know. They found some for us but the BBQ was an ancient relic and there was no lighter fluid so we just used the cook top.
