Die Managerin,nach 5 mal Aufforderung wurde endlich mal der Kühlschrank auf der Terrasse aufgefüllt.War natürlich am Tag der Abreise. Entscheidend aber ist wie die Managerin mit den Mitarbeitern umgeht.Absolut unprofessionell

Location was convenient as we were only staying overnight to get a boat to Bohol the following day.

We stayed off site in the additional building which was effectively a house with two separate rooms upstairs. Building and rooms were aged and in need of a clean and freshening up. There was a large cockroach in our room also.

The team was so kind and helpful! They made a mistake when we reserved the room and gave us the wrong one. They fixed it and used their own motorbikes to get us there (so it was a little adventure when we got there!). They also made sure to book us a taxi (tricycle) ride to the Whale Shark Watching area for 4:30 AM. We got there on time and saw the sharks (which was a great experience!). The driver stayed with us the whole time, made sure we got the tickets, were in the right lines, got us a GoPro, and kept coordinating with the people there to make sure we got in the water on time, had all the equipment, and have a great time. He took us there and got us back to the inn as well. The breakfast was also good! Eggs and sausages with coffee and the kitchen team (waitresses and cook were adorable!). So despite the amenities lows, the stay was cozy and fun because of the team!

There are two locations (one official inn and one external house where we were sent to). It wasn't clear when booking the house so we got to the official address and they gave us the wrong room. We had to tell them that it wasn't the one booked and they fixed it and sent us to the external house. The toilets were not comfortable at all. The water pressure was too low and slow to refill. The hot water was not active, and the sink was also slow to opperate. The overall house was not reflective of the description and the photos.

Po našom príchode izby nepripravené, že oni ani o nás nevedia, že Booking im nezaslal peniaze, pričom sme to mali vopred všetko tri týždne vopred vyplatené!!! zamestnankyne miesto toho aby chystali izby, našli sme ich sedieť s mobilmi v ruke. Napokon sme dostali izby na prízemí v úbohom stave s nefungujúcou klimatizáciou, nefunkčnou sprchou a inými nedostatkami. Nič čo bolo opisované na Bookingu tam nebolo. Po slušnej reklamácii u recepčnej sme neuspeli, že nemajú voľné izby a oni nas nečakali. Žiadali sme hned hovoriť s majiteľkou a po tom telefonáte boli hneď voľné izby na poschodí a samozrejme aj s ofučanou recepčnou, ktorá nás do konca pobytu ignorovala , nehovoriac ako hodila kľúčmi, co som jej dala pri výmene izieb! Upratovane počas 4. dní nebolo ani raz !

Neat place to stay, Oslob is small! Our room was good, nothing fancy. They do a great breakfast included!

Not too much atmosphere but there just weren’t many people when we visited
