Good location with convenient (paid) parking. Beds were comfortable.

Avoid this place! All contact is by pay pal, what's app etc. want $ up front & then you have to try to reach them to get something done. We had no hot water for 2 days and when they finally responded they told us to go to the utility room and reset the system ourselves. All instructions in Dutch. A booklet in many languages would allow people to work with unfamiliar systems. Extremely poor lighting in place. Don't expect a fully equipped kitchen. Should be 6 of everything but many glasses are down to 2 or 3. Big chips out of plates remaining. Balcony unusable for any purpose. Frosted glass 6 feet high means no view. Some construction debris from next door litters it. Mold/moss growing around perimeter. View from window is of entry to parking garage across the street, busy bus station, and major thoroughfare. Along with the construction next door this makes for quite a noisy spot with the windows open. Luckily the windows closed blocks that out but it could be hell on a hot summer day. Mould in the shower enclosure. Any statement that this is luxurious is fraudulent misrepresentation. On our final evening, the general manager, Mr. Kwok, arrived with a small token by way of apology for our lack of hot water and seemed surprised at the state of the kitchen supplies after he reset the system. The next morning the first person into the shower got halfway done before the water turned cold for the second half of their shower. Nobody else tried to shower and we did not call Mr. kwok again. We had learned enough about their systems, supplies, and management style!!! We left.

The location is central. The apartment is modern, big and quiet.

Very nice and spacious apartment, kitchen with oven and induction. Walking distance from city centre, supermarket around the corner. Balcony could fit all three of us. Inside was clean. Overall very nice, also happy with two real double beds. Staff was very nice and responded within two hours to my messages.

Though the inside was obviously cleaned, the balcony wasn't.

The personal support on getting into the property was ok and friendly, although the request to make cash payment upon arrival was brought up - this in addition to several emails with a Paypal request for payment! This was rather strange as my credit card was charged days ago with the full amount!

The flat was advertised as a "penthouse" with a balcony in historic Delft - turned out to be ground floor apartment (studio) without any balcony or access to the roof, actually the whole building did not seem to have any penthouse (two-story) and it was certainly not part of the historic Delft!!
