Very spacious and well equipped apartment right in the beach/pedestrian walking promenade. Great views from the balconies .. and there are lots of balconies in this apartment:) Host Leona is most hospitable and helpful.

Jacuzzi didn´t work, was a bit disappointment for kids, but it´s minor issue, compared to all good, that this place offers.

The owner/manager was available 24/7 on whatsapp. Always helped us when we needed something.

3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, big living room and the superb view from balcony, it was really close to the beach. Leona, the contact person, she is the hidden gem of this accomodation - always helpful and true situation solver.

The construction site is close to the apartment house and if you plan to work during the day you may find it sometimes a little bit disturbing (thanks god for noise isolating windows). However, it is not big deal when the balcony doors are closed. The internet connection was good enough for browsing the internet, downloading/uploading and streaming the tv broadcast. But for conference calls it was insufficient. The problem was not with the connection itself but in the low end router - TL-WR841N. To be honest, it was the only low end thing in this apartment.

There is garage below the apartament. All of kitchen tools are available, incl. dishsoap, towels. Kitchen is provided with dishwasher. You can find washing maschine in one of the bathrooms.

The road to the apartament is really narrow and winding. It should be mentioned that big cars such as Opel Vivaro(bus) with roof rack will have problems with parking and won't be able to drive into underground garage. We had to remove the foor rack.

Very comfortable apartment which is close to the beach. Nice and clean rooms. Ideal for bigger families too. Shops, restaurants, city center is in walking distance.
