The second time I selected this hotel, which has a big room and good environment. If you come for visit or exhibition, it is a good choice to you.

Apart from the above everything was very nice. The rooms were lovely, clean and quiet even though we are right in the centre of Celle. So perfect location, but please more info also on WiFi...

We tried to contact staff, but never got hold of them. We had received a pincode, but it wasn't clear if it was for the outer door (if so it didn't work). Luckily the door was open or else we would never have gotten in. Three keys were on a table in the entrance, but no indication which ones were ours. We had booket two rooms, so we just used proces of elimination...

Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would certainly stay there again

Central and quiet location in Celle Altstadt. Comfy bed.

No Wifi available. Lots of rubbish lying around in the backyard and hallway. Shower and toilet didn’t have curtains or blurred windows. TV didn’t work. Toiletries = sachet of shampoo. Not an actual hotel with reception or staff, check in takes place in a nearby restaurant with some guys who were confused about the process and couldn’t find the right keys.

Spacious, clean, centrally located, and nice staff. Warmly recommended.

the location in the old city is good. Not far from the conference place. Water boiler with tea bags in the room was an advantage. the room was quiet. I slept well.

Check-in was in the restaurant Moments. No reception. The lady working behind the bar desk did the check in for me and my colleague. The printer did not work for getting the bills. .We had to wait for somebody to come to show us the rooms in two different places near the restaurant. All in all, it took us time that we needed to prepare ourselves for the social event of the conference. No time left for a quick shower. We haven't received any information about getting access to free internet. We were in a hurry and forgot to ask. Later in th evening the restaurant was closed.

The location and unfortunately that's all. By 6 am in the morning the sleep is over as people going to work and the road building what is going on starts. It's very loud and impossible to sleep longer with that noise and it it's not the road building its the people who come pass.

It is not a Hotel as advertised.Just a Building with rooms. I arrived late as the flights had delays. I arrived at 2am in the night, not ideal but things happen. I had trouble finding the building as the Hotel Celler Auszeit as advertised doesn't exist. Its just a gate to a back building with rooms. I contacted the owner several times of my delay but never got a reply. It was all closed on my arrival, I had to bang on the door for attention and another guest let me in and gave me a key to a room. If that person hadn't let me in i don't know what I done apart sleep outside in front of the "Hotel" Next day I went to sort it and I had to visit several coffee shops to find the owner. Apparently it was overbooked and not registered, like others who booked through Booking.com. I didn't get the room I booked it was a different room but OK. The owner wasn't very bothered about what happened and no apology was said or anything regarding it. Don't think she was interested about the upset. I got a room after the cleaner was ready. It was still dirty as the floor was not mooped. I did spill water and wiped it and it was filthy. The bed looked OK. Typical German bedding but very old and very used. They don't "puff" as Germans say. The mattress was old and gave me back ache after 2 nights for the rest of the stay. I stayed 8 nights.

Excellent location in the heart of Celle. Comfort and charming room with tea pot. Quiet. Good wifi.

Lovely spot in beautiful town. Amazing value.

Tastefully decorated, tee and coffee in room, snacks available one floor down, spacious room and bathroom. The key was left in a safe for me which worked out perfectly. The woman on the phone was very helpful and nice even when I called back to ask for a place to leave my bike.

The beautiful foot-high feather comforter was just too warm for the hot night! A summer comforter would have been more appropriate.
