Tight drive to the property

Attilio is a very nice and amazing guy, very respectful and helped us in all the way. He wrote us before we arrive on what's up , he gave us the restaurants, bars, supermarket locations. He offered us to come and pick us up from the train station ( in which he did, it was very nice from him) also on departure day he drove us to the train station back( I couldn't thank him enough for his kindness ). The apartment was really modern and clean. The bathroom was very clean. The shower was big enough. The breakfast was ok, and you can choose from online menu. The cleaning lady came everyday to clean the room like a hotel (which is rare when you rent an apartment) . The apartment is less than 500 meters away from the beach. The beach is very good with good sand quality and was not crowded.

We really enjoyed the stay, nice room & the breakfast was really tasty. Attilio the host, is a host with passion. Perfect stay, if we should improve something we would add some fresh fruits for breakfast and offer it until 10am.

Attilio was a great host full of information about the area. Made my family and I feel very welcome. Plenty of room and views from balcony’s were great. Located close to everything. We walked everywhere except to Marchesa di Cassibile Beach but it was only a 5 minute drive. Very clean establishment.

I wish it had a bigger refrigerator and parking entrance. Other than that this place was awesome.

Attilio is very friendly and was always going the extra mile to make our stay as perfect as possible! The apartment is nice and spacious. The location is also good, very close to the beach. The on-premise car parking is secure and convenient. I would definitely recommend Corte Sveva and Attilio as a host!

Really cosy place, new facility, super clean. Superb service from the lovely helpful hosts - Attilio and his mother. Delicious breakfast and caffè. Very short 2 minutes walk to the beach.
