Comfortable and close to the airport

Everything was great although if there was room service food options that would make it even better

The hotel is just a few minutes from the domestic terminals. Our room was simply but nicely furnished, the bed was very comfortable with nice linen. The bar and dining area, overlooking the airport, was basic but fine. Rather than restaurant style, the food on offer is self service cafe and included pies, sausage rolls, sandwiches, noodle bowls etc as well as a range of beverages - quite sufficient for an overnight stay.

No complaints at all!

Best accommodation near Sydney Airport ever, I was so impressed with everything! Will definitely stay here again!!

That I was only on a 18 hour layover and couldn't stay longer....

Close to the airport , the room was comfortable

One staff member was cold in his customer service approach: passive aggressive and slow to to help although it was not busy at all. It was an unusual experience for me at an hotel for checking in/ out (it was the same person). The other staff I spoke to were very kind and helpful. I did not mind paying for the shuttle but it was late

Accueil chaleureux, chambre propre et très pratique car proche de l’aéroport. Très pratique lorsque l’on doit y passer une nuit et partir de bonne heure à l’aéroport.

Had to downgrade rooms as TV didn't work in Premium. If not for the lovely Noah on reception I wouldn't have had a functional tv. He moved me but to an Economy room. Barman cold. Will I return? NO!

Walls and doors had LOTS of scratches and scuff marks. The front doors were open for anyone to come in and we could use the lift to get to any floor without a swipe card. This is really not safe. Any one could come in to the hotel and go to any floor. The reception was at the top, so no one would know. Really, really unsafe. We got there at 2330 and had to get fuel etc, back at midnight and the same when we left at 430am, anyone could walk in and go anywhere. Only value for money as it was discounted due to bookings.com if there wasn’t this discount, it would not have been value for money. Room still very small and basic, much more expensive than Ibis budget but very similar set up (slightly nicer furniture/modern look). Staff didn’t understand our communication for late check in.

A single doona or a king bed doesn’t make sense.

Lovely hotel for a quick 2 night stopover in Sydney...great location; nice and clean; good amenities. Staff really helpful (in particular Noah on the front desk).

Well located for an overnight stay before an early flight departure, comfortable bed, very well soundproofed enabling a good sleep

Very narrow entry making it difficult to get several pieces of luggage in and out... would be useful if a doorstop was provided

The bar person was a little hard to take, he warmed up in the end but def not a hospitality person.

Great place to stay and moreso relax before or after a flight. Soundproof rooms practically the best while I travelled with an infant.

Staff at night on my check in. They were a bit exhausted and they showed they were. But the staff in the morning was so pleasant she made me sign up for the loyalty program. They went above and beyond.

We stayed at this hotel for the connivence of being close to the airport. Indeed it was close. Parking is AU$30 per night. Staff was just ok. The room was nice and it was quiet. We did not hear any planes. Checkin and bar/food was on the penthouse floor. That had some decent views.

Staff could have been a bit more friendly and helpful.

Sehr gemütliches Bett, großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Flughafen und einem bequemen Sessel davor. Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr einfach.

Die Dusche war eine Fehlkonstruktion und es lief Wasser unter der Glaswand hindurch ins ganze Bad. Das hoteleigene Parkhaus fanden wir mit 30$ pro Tag (in unserem Fall von 22 - 7 Uhr) überteuert.

Cama fantástica. Servicio 24 horas. Pequeña tienda con comestibles para los que llegábamos con problemas de cancelación y demás de vuelos. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto

The hotel is located within an easy 10 minute walk from the domestic terminal and features reasonable prices and compact comfortable rooms. We used it when transiting between a late night international arrival and an early morning domestic departure and it suited our purposes well.

We were in the hotel for about 7 hours in total so our experience with the hotel is quite limited.

For one night near the airport, it was ok. Room was big and staff ok. Grab n go for food and drinks is convenient.

The annoying bathroom vent that didn’t turn off and some noise from outside. Windows not super insulated.

Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean but I did find a few long black hairs on the floor- I have short light coloured hair.

Dining facilities were not what I was expecting and the roof top room was also disappointing.

Citadines always delivers value for money. Good bed, quiet, good size room.

The bed was comfortable, and the bar was open with convenient store options. Eg. noodles, sandwiches, chips. Great idea for light meals.
