The receptionist was so helpful. I was looking for an apartment and I have to extend my stay in the hotel. All the time she was more than glad to assist me with that. The housekeeping service was excellent, the lady who is working was so nice with us.

A couple of basement parking spaces reserved for big cars would be so handy

Easy Access to all kind of transport facilities. Also It has variety outlets nearby to feed our requirements. All and all very good experience

We have a feeling that for the convenience of international guests Check in and Check out timing could have liberalised a little to meet with their Arrival/ Departure flight timing. We know it is normal to have fixed timing of Check out for hotels as per the commonly followed policies, but since it is an apartment some flexibility (off course depending on the availability of the facility)to avoid the inconvenience of moving out with luggage so early from the flight departure time. A baggage storing facility and refresh facility could be a better option.

The apartment was spacious and in a good location. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was good. This would have been a great stay if all facilities were working correctly and if the apartment was cleaned before we checked in!

Only beds were changed and a quick tidy of the place before our stay. Many areas were quite dirty and hadn't received a proper clean for months. The remotes had no batteries and our request for batteries on check in was ignored. We got some ourselves so we could use the TV and most channels didn't actually work. The WIFI kept dropping out and there is an electrical problem in the apartment. Lights in the double bedroom kept crackling and the lights in the living room entry area would randomly turn on and off every so often (mostly stayed off). There is no actual proper lighting around the couch/TV area installed in the ceiling, so it was very dark especially with the entry lights playing up. Cracks in the wall/sliding door and very scuffed cupboards/drawers. It would have been a pleasant stay if facilities were working as they should and the place was clean.

I liked how they accompanied to my early arrival and to depart at a later time.

Washers and Dryers....they need to be Serviced or Replaced ? It takes hours to dry clothes and wouldn't if they worked properly ? Besides , your just spending more money on electricity than you should.

No contact with management. Complaints never resolved. Unit not clean. Washing machine not working.

good location for us as we had to go to St Vincent’s hospital nearly every day.

Nice shower, comfy beds, spacious, close to airport and bus route and surprisingly not too much air traffic noise.

As we arrived after hours and reception isn’t open over the weekend it was very difficult to talk to staff. The roof top area had lots of rubbish and broken glass. It wouldn’t take much to clean it up. The property is old and tired and needs a lot of TLC.

oven did not work. could not get in contact with site manager regarding a car park and oven not working

proximity to airport . rooms were quiet. Liked the tile floor which seemed to keep the noise to a minimum. plenty of sugar coffee toilet paper etc.

couldn't get internet on 3rd floor (our room) . Asked reception to get it fixed but never did. cupboard doors and floors were very dirty. Needed a good clean and mop. The rooms were a bit dated could do with a fresh coat of paint. The sliders to the balcony would hardly move.

Great location close to bus and trains , lovely apartment, very comfy beds and soundproof windows .

Spacious.

Needs a bit of tlc.
