good location, only a 10 min tuktuk ride to Galle face green and walking distance to atttractions such as Viharamahadevi park and gangaramaya temple. swimming pool and kids play park was good after a busy day sightseeing. The on site snack bar was also very useful and did tasty pizza.

No oven or toaster as described and only a few pieces of cutlery e.g only 2 spoons. lots of ants crawling on the work surface so all food/drink had to be put in the fridge.

The location was very good. The apartment itself was quite good and spacious.

The apartment was very dirty. Dust was everywhere and the kitchen was almost unusable. When we came, we immediately noticed the lack of bed linens. We informed the owner asap, but nothing happened. I find such behavior unacceptable, unrespectful, and truly disappointing. Due to those reasons, we cannot recommend this apartment/host. It is a shame since the apartment itself and the location are very good :(.

The apartment was really spacious and it was very well equipped. The water pressure on the shower was really good and the views were amazing.

Host was really easy to deal with. Pool looked nice although we didnt use it. Nice to have an apartment with all the facilities although we were only there for just over 12 hours so didn't make the most of it.

I'm not a fan of lifts, so I should have checked that this was on the 22nd floor! Not much to do around the apartment, but half hour walk or 8 min tuk tuk to galle face green so it was no issue for us.

great location and value for money. facilities are great. pool area is fabulous and we were very happy to see a washing machine we could use.

parts weren’t very clean like the shower. Lots of thing were broken like windows that wouldn’t close and being on the 22nd floor this made it difficult to sleep. lots of things in the kitchen didn’t work. the check in process was also very confusing. The security of the on 320 residence sent our driver round to the wrong tower, then didn’t want to let us in. Our finger prints, vaccine certs and passports were taken by another office who said our room was on 22nd floor and a number but gave no key and said he had nothing to do with the booking. when we got to the 22nd floor we couldn’t open the door. no staff available to help so we eventually messaged on booking.con and someone arrived after 10/15 mins. Was all very strange and no one at the towers were very helpful.

The shades aren't enough to make the room dark.

A very well kept comfortable property that is very worth the money you pay. The entire process was very smooth and the host was very accommodating.

An arrangement for parking when necessary will be appreciated.

The location the apartment is located is easy to access surroundings of Colombo as well as the host was helpful to go through a smooth check-in including guidance about facilities.

Nothing serious but maybe there could have been toiletries and one or two extra towels.
