Lack of kettle in the room, glass and utensils. No chance to make even coffee in the evening.

Restaurant staff is friendly. They apologized on behalf of hotel. However, breakfast in restaurant can offer more (diversity and quantity) food.

1. Room was very cold (6 degrees Celsius!!) and there is no heating for a hotel room in December !!! When I called contact number lady told me to take another blanket ? When I insist to resolve this in another way (by adding electric heater in a room or similar) lady on the contact phone suddenly could not speak in English any more and put down the phone !! 2. There is no light in toilet. There is no window, no light-bulb, nothing ??? (see attached photo) For comments 3) and 4) I did not mind much since it was business travel for me, but it can be important to other guests of this object. 3. This "hotel" is advertising city view. Please see attached photo taken from my hotel room window. 4. There is no elevator, and stairway is narrow. This can be a problem for a guests with large suitcase. (see photo) CONCLUSION: Avoid this place by any means. This kind of accommodation is not suitable for a guests and this object should be removed from booking listing.
