Breakfast was served in our room and all the selections were fresh and delicious. The staff, especially Elisa, were welcoming, attentive, helpful, and spoke moderate English. Everything was immaculate!

Totally out of control of the hotel, the one-way streets and ZTL in Caserta made reaching the hotel by car difficult. The parking garage in La Reggia, while a short walk, was a 15-minute ride by car.

Staff was outstanding. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and our room was comfortable. Having breakfast brought into our room in the morning on a rolling trolly was wonderful. More than ample breakfast for two hungry travelers. Location could not be better, across the street from Reggia di Caserta. Street parking readily available in a neighborhood filled with interesting restaurants. One of the best experiences we've ever had with a non-hotel type establishment. We will return on our next trip to Caserta.

The property was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. It was ideally located right next to the Palace and a few minutes walk to the train station to travel into Naples and Rome easily. The staff were so helpful and very accommodating particularly the young woman who spoke in English with a lovely welcoming smile. The room was very well furnished with everything that we needed and very clean. it was also a treat to have breakfast in our room at our chosen times.

The staff were lovely. Even though they didn't all speak English, they did their best to communicate with me. Breakfast was amazing. Never had a hotel breakfast quite like it. It came to my room on a cute little trolley and had a great selection of different food. The location was incredibly close to the entrance to the Royal Palace of Caserta (the main attraction in the area) - don't think you could get anywhere closer!

I'd describe the setup more as a "guesthouse" or "B&B", rather than "hotel". There weren't staff onsite all day, but a phone number was given in case of any issues. Personally, I was happy with this, but just a warning for anyone with specific ideas about what a "hotel" looks like.

Artistic Charming House is an upscale series of sparkling clean nicely furnished modern apartments located on the upper floor of a well maintained building in a lively neighborhood next to the Royal Palace in Caserta. Popular restaurants and bars line the street in front. The rooms are managed by an amiable and helpful staff. A full and delightful breakfast is served in your room on a clever rolling cart. We arrived on a Sunday night when the street was packed with diners and strollers but found a temporary parking place just across the street to unload our luggage before driving around the block to the large secure parking lot not far away. The night manager helped us obtain tickets for our visit to the Royal Palace and made reservations for us at a fun restaurant. The next day we toured the Royal Palace and had a quick lunch under the umbrellas of a small restaurant near the entrance to the palace before retrieving our stored luggage and car. All in all a very pleasant visit in Caserta.

The precise location of the Artistic Charming House at via Corso Trieste 15, is on the right side in the first block of this one way street, but is not easy to locate especially at night because there is no sign so trust your GPS. We temporarily parked across the street in front of a gated alley and called the night manager who graciously came down to assist with luggage and parking instructions.

THe location is right in the center ,nice with new ,good taste design ,room ,very spasious room and bath room ,continental breakfast in the room, cornetto and coffee very tasty. Everything was exellent

after reservation you get directions for the parking -to avoid ZTL ,but we came from south , and it good to know and write in the WAZE the name of the parking -Tetris parking -it will be easy to find the place, don"t forget avoid ZTL !After parking the shortest way to the hotel - pedonal exit opposite to entrance .The hotel paid for the parking

Perfect location to visit The Reggia and park one’s car nearby. Also next to the station. Lovely breakfast too and very helpful staff!!
