Chris and luke were very welcoming. Chris couldnt do enough for us. She even booked the ferry for us. Felt like home from home. The breakfast was exceptional. The room we stayed in had everything you needed. Milk and water were supplied. Lots of tea, coffee and other choices, which was topped up every day. Brownies when we got there, which were very tasty. Very clean room and bed was lovely and comfortable.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Lovely host, very accomodating. Breakfast was great. Host offered to book ferry tickets at a discounted price.
Not related to the host, but the ferry to IOW is extremely expensive, so be sure to plan ahead.

Chris, our host, was excellent, very welcoming and friendly and we immediately felt at home. The property is very well maintained, and the furnishings are of high quality. Breakfast was great, with plenty of very good food to eat. Chris was easy to talk to and made sure we settled in very quickly.

owner was very helpful. lovely room and breakfast. Delicious lemon cake upon arrival. Delicious fresh fruit medley each morning. Very helpful booking us a taxi and carrying bags upstairs. Highly recommend!!!

This place is an absolute gem. We stayed for four nights in a room that was impeccably designed and maintained, with turndown service every day and little touches such as fresh milk in the fridge for coffee, as well as homemade cake on arrival. Breakfast was delicious, cooked to order by Luke, with many different options. Chris and Luke are amazing people- kind, thoughtful, and always considerate. I really cannot rate their B n B highly enough. I am not surprised at all that they book up quickly.

Our stay with Chris and Luke was excellent and special. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious with varied options with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals as well as a variety of hot options - the omelettes were my favourite. The home was spotless and Chris kept our room clean and well provisioned. Chis is a great host, very cheerful and very helpful. Should we have another opportunity to travel to the Isle of Wight, we will definitely book with Number 29 before all others. The location was also very central and an easy walk to town and the beach.

– My room (room 1) was large and had a modern bathroom
– Breakfast was a nice, home-made fry-up with vegetarian options
– The owners were very pleasant and helpful
– I'm not sure whether they already have one, but if not, it might be helpful to have some sort of keycode lockbox outside the front door so that the keys can be left for guests arriving late, thereby avoiding inconvenience for the owners. My ferry was delayed so the owner kindly waited for me (it was only something like 8.30pm), but if I had been arriving very late (e.g. midnight), I would have felt bad for them. With some sort of lockbox they could leave the keys in that and email the code to the guest.

Chris greeted us with a warm welcome to her lovely B&B in a great location. Our room was spotless, an ample supply of tea & coffee, freshly baked slices of cake, water & milk in the fridge. Lots to choose from for breakfast, all delicious. would definitely recommend.

There really wasn't anything to dislike - Host was superb! The view of the ocean from our room was definitely one of the best aspects of the room (besides it being recently refurbished and perfectly clean).

We loved the breakfast which had great choices and was very well cooked/prepared. The room had everything we needed with little extra touches like fresh drinking water each day, lovely teas, coffee and biscuits.

Fab host, super location near to shops, pubs, restaurants and beach. Lovely welcome from Chris and Luke, and the best breakfast I have eaten anywhere. 100% would recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat. Home cooked bread every morning, lemon drizzle cake on arrival, and biscuits every day in the room

Everything. Perfect host, very comfortable bed, immaculate rooms and a great choice of tasty breakfasts. Home-baked bread and lemon drizzle cake were lovely added extras. We stayed for Isle of Wight festival and it is 5 minutes walk from the bus stop.
