The villa is perfect, all the facilities that you need. Hassle free from start to finish. I recommend a car u less you enjoy a good walk or have no intention of leaving the villa.

Nothing it was perfect

Decore and furnishing within the Villa very tasteful the outside space and the pool exceptional.

Disappointing arriving at Villa to find no one there to welcome us despite original confirmation back in March confirming our arrival time also had to confirm flight number and times at a later date and a further email about two weeks before departure asking if a welcome pack available and again confirming our arrival time. Made phone call to point of contact Sabrina gentleman answered did not speak English fortunately our airport transfer driver helped and was able to tell us someone would be there in approximately 20 minutes Sabrina arrived just over 2o minutes later but offered no apology let us in and her only question was what time were we leaving on 25th September. I asked about the welcome pack and she showed me a Bottle of Water in the Fridge I said is that it and she just looked as if what’s your problem and left. I had to contact Sabrina again as safe was not working and a few other small items needed confirming like maid service eventually got reply although this still did not resolve safe issue we were without this for a week. Maid service consisted of Sabrina coming and changing bed linen an towels after one week she also had a key to the safe which she let us have there was no cleaning service at all during our stay of 14 nights and there wasn’t even a mop to clean floors. Having stayed at various Villas and various places we found it most unusual not to have this service and thought that in order to maintain the properties standards it’s something that should be considered especially when the outside facilities and pool cleaning happened twice a week. The disappointing start and these little niggles did affect our overall opinion of our stay.
