Comfy beds, good size kitchen. Rooms were bright. Grocery store outside the main door which was very convenient.

Too many stairs, ( certainly no access for handicapped although parking was labelled such). Not a 'quick' walk to town. Stained carpeting throughout. We did not interact with staff except through texts which were promptly replied to. Noisy pipes and bathroom extractor which was torturous. Guest book ( folder)was too filthy to read/touch. Had to search for linens etc and make up sofa bed ourselves. Had to request more cutlery.

Bit far from train station. did hear noises from other apartments at night.

Hosts were very careful about our allergy concerns, cleaning all appliances and everything in advance. Hosts were also super responsive to questions and concerns during our stay. The flat is above an award-winning corner grocery store that is well worthy of its awards! Well-laid out space with a washing machine, fridge, stove, microwave. All in all, a very solid little flat right by the heart of Epsom.

Apartment is in need of a little TLC. Carpet and bathroom are worn and in need of repairs.

Proximity to London by train, and only 10 minutes walk to the station. Very clean and pleasant apartment, I recommend!

Leaving the apartment I couldn’t open the box for the key. Fortunately, a cleaning lady was present and I could give her the key.

location great. free parking overnight outside the property. great local supermarket below. 15 min walk into town.

key lock box was difficult to open in the dark and the rain. tired decor, stained damaged walls and stained carpets throughout, damaged toilet door, noise from neighbouring apartments, dirty communal hallway and stairs. sofa bed old and flakey and worn out. worn not great to sleep on. not obvious where the sofa bed bedding was. finally found it after calling them. only one set of keys and no response to a request for more. i didnt want to have to struggle with opening the key box in the dark. no outside light to help. you have to open a locked electric gate using a worn out jey pad in the dark, then find the box and open that with one hand whilst shining a torch on it to see it. an outside light would make all the difference here.

Customer service was very good, friendly and efficient. Facilities were also good, particularly the kitchen was well equipped. Having a well-stocked supermarket next door was very convenient too.

Internal decor needs updating. Curtains and carpets looked old. It was quite noisy being above and next door to the shops (fans or ventilators went on and off throughout the day and night). Recycling bins (not just general rubbish bins) should be available. Building entrance area was messy, littered with cigarette ends (even though an ash tray was provided: although why would you encourage smoking there?) Keys to the front door of the building and the room should be in different shape.

I definitely loved my stay here! Both ny friends and I enjoyed staying here! It was an amazing trip! All the beds, including the sofa bed, we're comfy, the kitchen was fully fitted out, and the living room area was really cozy. The location was pretty good. Downstairs there was a Costsutter and pub. There's a shopping centre and high street about 15 minutes walk. Also a church along the route! I would come again!

The only thing was the TV, it was tricky to watch while having breakfast. But other than that nothing!
