Well sized room with excellent bed/ pillows and enough storage space fir bags. Kitchenette good and shower was nice and spacious. Good parking facilities breakfast buffet was good.

Breakfast was okay and the staff very helpful, I could check in couple of hours earlier on a short notice. The room was quite big and very clean, the location right next to downtown and train station good.

The room was quite cold though it was +7 C outside.

Bathroom was very tiny. Space between shower doors and sink was extremely tight. It would have been nice to have ceramic mugs for tea/coffee in the room rather than paper cups.

It's very convenient, just a couple of minutes walk from the train station and walkable to the city centre. The room was spacious and had a contemporary feel.

The main issue I had was that the room was a bit on the chilly side and the radiator didn't really come on during my stay. An additional electric fan heater was provided, which I did use, but this gave out a very dry heat and I couldn't have it on for long. Also, the lighting in the room wasn't great - it was quite dark and moody, even with all the lights on.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay I will recommend and come back. I was in the small room but it was surprisingly spacious.

I booked this hotel already twice. The only thing that I was missing was some cutlery in the kitchen area. It was also a bit cold at night. It's because I am used to warmer in my apartments due to central hitting system.

The room was cold despite maximum heating. It was also not designed well - light switches on the far side of the bed, water from the shower spilling over the bathroom, and shower floor mat reaching under the sink.

Pubic hair is not what anyone expects to find when they lift up the covers as they go to bed. After several bad communication experiences with this hotel, my exp3ctatuons were low, but the Vertoef managed to be waaay worse than I expected. I counted dozens of hairs and some eyelashes on sheets and pillow. Then going to shower i was confronted by black mould and an unknown crusty white substance on the shower door handles. As it was midnight and the hotel was unstaffed, I had to turn the dirty besding inside out and make the best of it. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had around the world.

The hotel is located in the center of Nijmegen. Walking distance to the center (4 min.). Rooms are spacious, and modern. Bathroom is okay. Breakfast is simple but good.

All beds in the hotel are singles put together. So if you plan a romantic trip, please consider this. Matrasses are good, and don't easily slide away like in some other hotels. Bathroom is a little small, but shower is good and hot.

4 minute walk from the station. Easy check-in and check-out. Cool view from the room.
