My son and grandson loved the pool, the main reason we chose this hotel.

Stay was fine.
Paying for car parking is unnecessary when you're staying in a hotel, charge for visitors not staying but don't charge those paying for a room. The bar menu for food was not great.

The bedroom was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. We asked for a room change as they had put us in a room directly opposite the entrance to the leisure centre, which we thought would be potentially noisy and there's a strong smell of chlorine (in the corridor at least). They moved us to a room on the first floor which had a view out over grass and the playground. There's a brilliant family-run cafe/takeaway a short walk away.
Last time I came (3 years ago) the staff were exceedingly welcoming and friendly, and the price was very reasonable. This time it was more expensive and the welcome was somewhat less friendly. It was all OK, but not the same experience as last time.
Also, please note that parking costs 0.90 Euros per hour, which seems a little excessive (though there is free parking at your own risk on the road nearby).

We’ve been here before couple of years ago and as we remembered it was again the best choice even for a night. We arrived to the hotel quite late with two kids and two dogs, receptionist we’re waiting for us with a little surprise for the dogs! I asked him ( I can’t remember his name) if we could get some food and of course he was prepared us some snacks. So all the staffs were extremely helpful, best breakfast in Europe and the comfiest mattress ever!
Definitely we’ll be back!

I found the rooms okay, but not too big, very clean, but maybe a little impersonal?
Suggestion: shuttle service to and from the beaches and EV charging points on the parking lot.
Parking for 24 hrs. - outside but fenced - was approximately 11€ - not exactly a bargain.

Lovely staff. Breakfast was great. Location was fine.
For a chain hotel it was expensive. We had to pay for parking and breakfast.

Large breakfast, very nice with lots of choice.
Everything is quickly refilled and monitored by the staff.
Check in was 14pm according to booking.com.
The room was not ready at 15.30pm, no big deal for us when you receive a clean room.

The night porter was possibly the most welcoming and accomodating person working in a hotel i can remember. The hotel was far far better than i could have hoped for, i will be back for sure.
