I like the staff;smiley and welcoming. Excellent.
I didn't like their food generally. Their menu is largely skewed towards Ethiopian delicacies;not many African cuisines to choose from.
Rooms balconies too small dark.

The location is superb - there are a number of restaurants nearby to explore. The room is clean and cozy, . Overall i enjoyed my stay and would come back again.
i didn't like the bathroom as I'm not a jacuzzi fun and the tiles are very slippery - which is a serious hazard

There's nothing to like
Only one elevator was working for 10days, they said that after 3 days, they would fix it,but nothing.
Breakfast was really terrible, and bad selection, food quality was really bad.
There is no parking space at all.
Bed quality and bed sheets are really cheap.
The front desk is not responding to any requests.

The hotel is relatively new but badly maintained. The rooms was OK, but not really clean. The bed is fine. The safe is not big enough for a small laptop. The shower is irregular in temperature and water pressure. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not what you would expect in a (self proclaimed) 4 star hotel. I checked out after one night, instead of staying eight nights as planned

Everything was pretty good. The rooms, the bed, every where is very clean. I like the gym alot. Staff is very friendly and wonderful. Food was good I ate so much

towels too old, placed on the second building, had to take two different elevators to get to my room.

The restaurants were unavailable either because they told us they were too busy or their top floor one has closed.

The Sapphire team are friendly and professional . The hotel is very clean and the food service is amazing and very reasonable price . The location is within a block of all kinds of eatery, entertainment, and shopping. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel, and I am very pleased on both occasions. This hotel is better than most 5 star hotels in North America. Keep up the good work. Belen was amazing.

Lots of extras- the buffet breakfast (although a hotel staff told me that they don’t always have them), shuttle service was very quick, excellent staff, the sauna, the jacuzzi was closed).
