I made the booking for my friend on his honeymoon unfortunately as he is a British citizen, the hotel ask for foreign currency which he doesn’t have it at that moment and they said they don’t accept Ethiopian currency and been kick out 🤦🏾‍♂️

I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience during my recent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the hotel's customer service and treatment of guests, particularly the manager, were nothing short of abysmal. I encountered multiple issues that left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, and I strongly advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodation options. First and foremost, despite having made a confirmed booking in advance, the hotel shockingly refused to honor it upon my arrival. I had specifically chosen this hotel based on its attractive features and positive reviews, only to be told that if I wanted to pay in the local currency, I had to cancel my online booking first, which originally included a 20% discount. It was a late hour, and I had no alternative accommodation lined up, so reluctantly, I canceled my booking. However, to my dismay, the hotel proceeded and said, If I need a room i have to pay full amount without any discounts which was $20 more than the original booking price. This blatant disregard for my reservation not only inconvenienced me, but it also made me question the reliability and professionalism of the hotel staff. The behavior of the hotel staff, particularly the manager, was extremely disappointing. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to rectify the situation was disheartening. Instead of acknowledging their mistake or attempting to find a suitable solution, they displayed an indifferent attitude, which only added to my frustration. Based on this experience, I strongly caution potential guests to think twice before considering a stay at this hotel. The level of customer service and professionalism demonstrated by the staff is subpar, to say the least. There are numerous other establishments that prioritize their customers and uphold their promises. I implore you to spare yourself the stress, frustration, and disappointment by seeking accommodation elsewhere.

Breakfast is great. I enjoyed the variety of food provided for breakfast. The location is convenient as it's close to the airport and a lot of business and entertainment centers. I've also liked the dedication and professionalism of staff with which they handle their guests. All in all, I've enjoyed my stay at harmony Hotel.

Excellent gym and location. Also the breakfast buffet was very good and featured a selection of wine which was a big plus ;) the staff are friendly

The bathroom was grimey, I saw a cockroach, they only give like one towel and one small bottle of water (remember you can't drink the tap water and it's not like there's any little shops nearby so they're basically forcing you to buy their stuff).

the hotel was in a great location and the staff was helpful in changing the room. they also helped me to find my lost credit card.

Every thing was Pathetic. The manager refused to except local conversion of currency though i am a local resident, was arrogant. Had to call Booking cutomer care spending 15 USD to resolve. Money receipt given was wrong,In the room there was no towel, no water, no glass , water kettle not working, toilet light not functional, faucet leaking. In spa massage girl Halina was pathtic.

Harmony Hotel is probably one of the best hotels in the world, with an enormous breakfast buffet that amazed me every day, a big warm watered swimming pool and also a smaller one for the little children where they can even learn to swim, a gigantic fitness, wellness center, beauty salon, laundry service... And overall brilliant facilities. I really miss being in Harmony Hotel, because I had the best time of my life there! I will definitely come back! And a big thank you to Qidus, who did everything to make me feel at home! 🙏🏽

The place is run down! Mold is all over in the bathroom. Door handles don't work. Breakfast is bad. I don't know how this place is allowed to operate as a 4-star hotel.

I like the cleanness of the property and the security within the building. Stuff are attentive and pleasant and they have a good selection of food for breakfast.
