Logement bien équipé et un super accueil de Corine avec petit déjeuné préparé même si l'arrivée est tardive.

Une pièce WC assez étroite et un WC très haut même si le problème est partiellement résolu par un petit banc utilisé comme marche pied.

L'appartement est spacieux et agréable avec une belle vue de la mer. C'est un emplacement calme. La plage est facilement accessible à pied. De plus, l'hôte est facilement joignable et agréable. Elle contribue pas sa gentillesse à faire du séjour un bon moment.

A éviter, le restaurant de l'hôtel de la vieille tour. L'endroit est vieillot et la nourriture laisse à désirer. Mais heureusement, il y a de nombreux autres endroits, facilement accessibles où il est possible de découvrir la bonne cuisine Guadeloupéenne.

The residence has an unusual relationship with the hotel of the same name, requiring the staff of the latter to grant you access via the hotel's electrically operated gates. It appears that guests of the residence are allowed access to the private beach, but not to the pool.

The appartment is clean and convinient, just renovated, with all cooking facilities. It's located in a green zone around the building with the access to a private beach with a beach bar and close to Datcha beach. The private parking is available and there was never a problem with space. The host is superfriendly and responsible. All our questions were answered immediately. All i can say - Corine, thank you very much for the convinient appartment and excelent service. It was really nice vacations.

After a long trip, I had to wait 1 1/2 hr. after agreed time in front of the residence. Dinnerware was ridiculous. Knives fell apart!

Extremely kind and helpful host who let us stay longer, nice small welcome package (fresh fruits, bottle of water, flowers), amazing ocean view, free parking, fast WiFi, clean linen and comfy bed. Private beach access. Pity there were so many downsides as place has great potential!

Difficult access (address in the confirmation points to nowhere), DIRTY and SMELLY wardrobe full of moth’s cocoons (!!), general mess in a flat pretty much everywhere - dirty shower, floor, closets full of random rubbish and landlord items, awful and disgusting kitchen (from cabinets to microwave to refrigerator everything was sticky and filthy). Lack of water or low pressure - flat full of plastic water bottles “just in case” - around 100 of them packed in every free space - no mention of that in the booking offer. Old used soaps from previous guests in the bathroom!! Building and the surroundings are well past prime. Seems like this complex is on the verge of being abandoned which is sad as location is supreme.
