The location of the house and the amount of sleeping space is really great. Perfect for two couples or a small family. Although there are four bedrooms, I wouldn't put more than 4 people in the house due to the small size of the living room and lack of relaxing space. If I owned this home, I would consider turning the master on the third floor into a seating room with a TV or a recreation room, because it's really big enough for this and there isn't a bathroom on the third floor, which is inconvenient for the two bedrooms up there.

Parking is always an issue in Aveiro, but the public lot is about two blocks away from this Casa, which is not a big deal. The communication with the owner wasn't great. I had to reach out once we arrived to ask how to get in, thankfully he responded in about 5 minutes!

A great location, walking to everything. A Lovely host who was very helpful with any questions we had. The house had Christmas decorations which was a lovely touch. The rooms were so quiet and beds comfortable that we all said it was the best sleep we had had since our arrival in Portugal! Beautiful little town! We wished we could have stayed another night! No parking at the front door BUT there is a huge free parking lot just over the little bridge only 60m away, so not far at all to walk. Would highly recommend & would definitely stay again!

Difficult address to find even with GPS assistance

The hosts were super friendly accommodating and helpful and the location was fantastic, as was the space.

Location was excellent. Short walk to all local attractions and communication with owner Pedro was great. Bedrooms are superb, great sizes and place is superbly equipped. Pedro even gave us great tip for where to park and in Aveiro that's priceless

Front door needed a bang to shut. Felt bit bad for neighbours. Other than that house was perfect

Clean and close to the center! Good communication between host and guests!

Not suitable for guests with limitations in climbing stairs.
