A receptionist there when I arrived. Clean room. Close to shops and cafes. Responsive to some extent to my complaint about pillows. Swimming pool area clean (but no swim towels or loungers). Town map available.

Receptionist seemed to know very little about the town and couldn't locate the hotel on the map. Bed and pillows uncomfortable - small, thin pillows which were replaced with slightly better ones when I complained after a nearly sleepless night. Room lacked: kettle, full-length mirror, armchair, basin plug The location is OK, but I preferred the old part of town - more picturesque and typical. No reception available when I was leaving, so no-one to help me get a cab. No Uber and no on-line service for cabs, so I walked with my bags, on cobbled streets, about 20 minutes, to my next hotel, (got help along the way from passersby!).

Good location for port and old town access. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Roof terrace and the small pool were a big plus. Spacious room.

Probably the most complicated/prolonged check-in we've ever had. The room could have fewer decorations and fake plants. Microwave but no oven in the kitchenette. Takes a while to reach any of the beaches on foot.

No privacy curtains or sheers at the window sovwe had to live in tge dark with curtains drawn to avoid builders not 10ft away.overhead lighting poor.nowhere to store any food as kitchenette tiny.

We liked the roof terrace and the swimming pool. The view from there is absolutely amazing!

The window in our room was small and oriented to the building's atrium. Other that that, everything was amazing!

great location. very comfortable beds on first two floors but not on the third floor.

needed a deep clean. they needed to open all the windows and clean the staircase windows to let fresh air in the building instead of relying upon chemical air fresheners. the plumbing was a major problem. we moved to three different rooms and all smelt ghastly. also if your room opens onto the street it’s very noisy at night if you open the windows. the internal rooms open into a courtyard and are quiet but with no view.

The deluxe apartment was huge, with good cooking amenities. Clean and very comfortable stay. Highly recommend as great value for money stay.

Great location, very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. Very convenient to the car park, excellent places to eat and all the major places to visit

Nothing to dislike

The location was central to the city. The cleaning staff was very helpful when the toilet cistern seemed to not be working. The kitchen was ok. Shower also OK. Access arrangements good. Bed comfortable.

Very small and cramped room. Only comfortable chairs were in a place which you couldn't see tv. There was a weird full length mirror that took up too much space and needed moving g around to allow movement i night to be safe. Place for suitcase right by hob so any splashes while cooking went on case. Location very noisy until 2 to 3 am on the streets outside. Parking underground whilst close by was 16.95 euros per day and the only app P-app to reduce it to around 13 euros was unintelligible. We wouldn't use it again.

Location is really good, the price is reasonable. Check in went smooth, and the staff changed towel on a daily basis.

It was pretty dusty. I think it definitely needs some deep clean.

Everything was perfect!

Perfect location ad although I had initial trouble accessing the key card, the hosts were on it immediately and certainly did not impact on an otherwise perfect stay.

The pool could have been warmer - ha ha

I liked all the amenities available, the pool, the room, the friendly staff and extremely efficient service. I also liked the vending machine with beer in the downstairs !

I didn’t like where the laundry was. very dingy and kinda creepy lol. would have preferred a separate laundry space that was more clean and with stairs that didn’t have paint and tools on it.

Lovely fresh modern room, pool on the roof, great location.

Comfy bed, great shower, enough space, kitchen with everything you could need, pool on the rooftop with a great view, check-in with access codes via whatsapp was flawless, for a good price. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely coming back! thanks for everything.
