Eine Bedienungsanleitung im Zimmer für die Klimaanlage wäre hilfreich gewesen, ansonsten alles top!

الفندق أتعب وأنا أقول نظيف فعلا نظيف وراقي وجميل نعم هو عبارة عن فندق صغير يمكن دورين أو 3 فقط والغرفة واسعة والإقامة ممتعة ومريحة وفي منطقة هادئة جدا جدا تبعد عن وسط ميونخ ربع ساعة بالسيارة يوجد لديهم إفطار في مكان صغير لكني لم أجربه التكيف باااارد والأسرة مريحة جدا جدا الحمام واسع ونظيف ولا يشتمل على هوز غسيل الاستقبال متعاون وخدوم في كل شي وعند تسجيل الدخول يعطونك سجادة وخريطة وشرح لأهم المعالم في ميونخ وأهم الطرق ووسائل النقل

Everything went well and the hotel was nicely decorated and quiet. Great staff and owner. The breakfast was great and changed daily. Great location to the trains. It is located in a more industrial area so you aren’t staying there for the view.

The owner of the property was very polite, helpful & flexible. Provided guidance for attraction areas in Munich and provided special access to private shopping center. The room was very clean and spacious. Also, in each room there are two AC units one for the seating area and one for the bedroom. For sure it is needed during summer time. They have daily cleaning and reasonable breakfast menu (€12.5 / person). Parking with reasonable fees (€7 / day).

Location is away from the center and you need a car to reach to the nearest grocery store. We have a car and it wasn’t an issue for us. The breakfast area is small. Access to the hotel is through very narrow road that leads to the hotel building. You need to drive carefully to figure out the access to the hotel. I am talking about the last 100 m to reach to the building. Neighborhood is not attractive (no view) . It looks like a mix of commercial office building’s & residential.

The staff were so nice! Friendly, smiley, helpful. Especially breakfast staff - great work! Thank you for a great service every single morning. 😊 Rooms were big and the hotel was all around clean. Would definitely come back to this hotel if visiting München!

The hotel is a bit far from the centre, but for us it did not really matter that much. About a 10min walk from the nearest metro station. Also a little minibar/fridge with snacks or something would be nice.

MY FLIGHT KEPT BEING RE-ROUTED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS AND I EMAILED SAMMY (RECPETIONSIST) EACH TIME MY ARRIVAL INFORMATION KEPT CHANGING. HE RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WAS VERY COMMUNICATIVE. HE CARED ABOUT OUR NEEDS AND CONCERNS AND MADE EVERY EFFORT TO MAKE SURE WE HAD A ROOM AVAILABEL AND ACCESS TO IT REGARDLESS OF OUR ARRIVAL TIME.

Clean and tidy hotel 10min by walk from the nearest underground station. Very good breakfast and room with everything you need in top notch condition. I came earlier in the morning before the standard check in time and was allowed to check-in as the room was ready (most of the gotels will not allow this). I was even allowed to have a breakfast as a welcome gift. Those little things and more , especially super kind staff made me think I made a good choice for my stay in Munich.
