The location and lots of space

Location was incredible, chalet was great and had everything we could need. Beautiful gas fire, huge comfortable bed and awesome spa. Fantastic weekend!

The place was lovely, a nice distance away from the other chalets. Nice spacious rooms and out doors. The Spa was great.
Very easy to check on and out.
The beds were super uncomfortable. We woke with sore backs evey morning and they creaked and squeaked with every single movement throughout the night. Not a restful sleep im afraid.
But that was the only downfall of an otherwise fabulous stay.

Facilities and value are amazing. Two spas, huge floorplan, self contained, close to tourist favourites, in-between margs & Denmark plus it has an awesome fireplace!
Couldn't use our fireplace on the last night due to gas shortage. Sort of took away from the romance a bit.

Good location central to many vineyards and tourist attractions in Margaret river and the surrounding areas.
no heating in the bedrooms and we did have some cold nights. it would be best if there are enough towels for 6 guests. Would be helpful if decent wine glasses are provided. Did not have a coffee machine. Luckily I brought my own but the lack of power points in the kitchen area and need to unplug kettle and toaster. No wi-fi.

The location was better than expected! Central to everything in the region that a family would want to visit over a long weekend. The house was perfect, well sized with all the expected facilities including washing machine, dryer, fridge, oven stove microwave etc.
I actually can’t comment, it was everything we needed.

It's nice that there is privacy with only 3 chalets. You can enjoy the quiet, staff was WONDERFUL in helping have some things set up in the chalet when we got there.
The hot tub definitely needs an update, more amenities should have been provided for 2 people for 3 days, thankfully we brought extra toilet paper.

House was very clean and had everything you could need. Awesome location and the spa was a fab bonus
If I had to pick something and believe me it was hard to be so picky, I would have loved an airer to use to dry wet bathers for after using the spa. They don’t dry outside in winter and you can’t put them in dryer. Apart from that there is absolutely nothing I didn’t like

Stunning and convenient location, quant little house, delicious liquor tastings! We had a lovely stay and made good use of the hot tub!
We and a few others staying at the grove had a little confusion/ difficulties about how to get into our chalet. Maybe a reminder/follow-up message or another way to pass on access instructions would be helpful. Also making sure that if people do get stuck that the phone is manned so they can get help.

The bungalow was clean, tidy and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable.
The hot tub was good. The only problem was that some of the jets didn't work. The unit could probably do with an upgrade.

Location to the Wilyabrup wineries.
Accomodation appointments, ie number of plates, glasses was a bit short. Accommodation was for two persons but number of plates, glasses and cutlery was all over the place and best suited for one person.
Accommodation is starting to show its age. it was comfortable, but tables, chairs and lounge need updating.
Negative aspects can be easily corrected and we would stay there again though.

Location, clean, 3 bedroom chalet was spacious and well equipped...the grounds have wildlife roaming and distillery a good place for a drink and friendly staff (bar and kitchen)

VERY nice location and house with amazing forest (kookaburras!), jacuzzi and barbecue. Very beautiful spirits and tasting house. We really had a wonderful stay. Lots of things to do in the area (cellar houses, beautiful shoreline, caves...).
Lack of some cooking equipment and few dishes. Some roaches during the night so keep your pack closed (however the house is very clean). Spirits and liqueurs sold at the distillery are very good but quite expensive (and the cost of the tasting is still due if you buy bottles).

We loved the location. It was so quiet and surrounded by large trees. Also, we loved the gas heating and the warm spa. Thanks so much for the lovely complimentary bottle of wine.
There were no walking tracks through the bush.
