the pool and facilities. the lovely owner who was very helpful and friendly.

Our room was AMAZING: sea view, with a table outside, huge, hot water, and wit a kitchen. The place is just a couple of meters from the beach/port and all the restaurants. It also has a big and clean pool. Frikes is a very small town (which we love), and the best is Aristotelis, the owner! always very nice and helpful.

the location two minutes from the harbour is fabulous, with beautiful views from the balcony.

The owner; Aristotle, was really helpful and polite. He was always available if needed for information. The beds were deep and really comfortable, (which means a lot in Greek accommodation) The facilities were above what we would normally expect in this type of property, and also extended to a built in ironing board. There was even an electric mozzie killer on hand (Although not many Mozzies about this year). There were also mozzie screens on the windows, which meant you could leave the windows open for a fresh breeze at night if you didn't want to leave the cool air con on. The shower provided 24hr hot water, and was quite powerful, and there was a wall bracket for the spray head, so you didn't always have to struggle with holding it in your hand (like others do to stop you using too much water.) There were good views from the decent sized balconies in both directions, sea (upper levels) and mountains. It was a pleasant 3 or 4 minute walk to the waterside tavernas, a few shops, including a small supermarket and a bakery. Frikes is a lovely little waterside village within easy reach of the small pleasant coves between Frikes and Kuoni. Also a short drive back up to the town of Stavrou, which has some interesting shops, tavernas, and historical bits and pieces. If you are self driving it is a 30 minute easy drive to get to, from the ferry port at Pisaetos.

I cant think of anything negative to write here.... We had a lovely time.

Parking, clean facilities, friendly service, comfortable bed, affordable

Super location, a fare steps from Frikes village, far from the noise bit close to restaurants and cafes. Aristotelis was nice host, slways present, and kind. Parking was easy and confortable and the internet connection reliable!

During our stay, the fridge in the kitchen corner was a bit noisy in the studio

The owner was really friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. The location is excellent within walking distance if shops, restaurants/bars, gift shops and swimming beaches. The apartment was very clean and cleaning staff was also nice.

The odd cutlery and the bathroom without a proper shower cubicle, which seems to be standard all over Greece!

We visited the appartment for one week. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations: the location is in the village and very near to beautiful beaches, the appartment is spacious, sunny and very clean. Mr Aristotelis and his wife are both very kind and helpful with everything we needed. We will definately visit again and I strongly recommend it!
