well equipped, liked the two bedrooms

The apartment is like second home, has kitchen and wash and drying machine

the traffic disturbs we the windows opened.

Nice and clean place. It is possible to buy food at a near shop.

One room has windows in the direction of street which is kinda busy so it is a bit noisy. There was a small misunderstanding with the key machine - the code did not work. But it was immediately figured out on the call.

The property was very clean, had adequate cooking utensils, plenty of clean towels. It was warm on arrival and bed were very comfortable.

I had emailed asking if it would be possible to check in earlier due to my son attending the local football match, I received a reply saying that it was ok to go in at 1pm but when I contacted about where to pick key up from was told that I couldn't get in till 3 that was originally on booking confirmation because the cleaner wouldnt cleaning property till then. Its situated on the main road, the bus stop is near the bedroom window and at 5am your woken up with people chatting waiting for the morning bus. It lack of important information such as emergency numbers, local hospital/doctors. It would of been nice to have a welcome pack on arrival with this information in. There was a sign in one of the bedrooms that we believed to be about smoking but it was only in German. It would of been nice to of had a comfy chair to relax in after being out all day but the only facilities we had was a dining table in the kitchen.

Great place and was really clean and classy when walking inside. Kitchen had everything we needed as well as additional stuff like washing up liquid and sponges. Bathroom was really nice. Rooms were well decorated and having a TV was amazing. The host was very understanding about some payment issues and sorted out us not being able to collect our keys on the day very quickly as well (with the help of our lovely neighbour!)

The windows weren't very sound-proof so I could hear cars go by during the night which was very loud. It disturbed my sleep significantly which is a shame because the place was amazing, just a bad location. Might be worth investing in more sound-proof windows. The bed and pillows were too soft for my liking as well which gave me quite neck-pain, however, I do understand that some people prefer soft beds over harder ones so it is up to each individual.
