Had a lovely stay everything we needed quirky little cottage really enjoyed it Not too far from Brighton pier about 23 minutes drive well worth the money

Great location. Easy to check in.
The property could have been cleaner. I wouldn’t say it was cleaned properly prior to our visit. There was dust everywhere and felt a little unclean.
I think small touches like milk sachets and coffee would go a long way. Having a coffee machine but no pods to go in it isn’t great.
All the windows had been left open when we arrived so it was very cold in the house. This may be due to covid and having the air the house out after the last guest but if that’s the case, the house should definitely have been cleaner prior to new guest staying.
The hair dryer stopped working after about 30 seconds and would not work again

Very centrally located, extremely neat, clean and very comfortable cottage. Bathroom and shower are outstanding! Would love to have experienced the outside garden area but unfortunately Storm Eunice had other plans! Hosts were lovely to deal with and we look forward to our next stay!

We were looking for an alternative to staying in a hotel for when we visit family in Brighton. The cottage was perfect for us (2 adults and 16month old). It had everything we needed and the owners were quick at responding to messages.

A mirror downstairs would have been handy,so that you didn’t have to climb the stairs!!!!

The owner Neil was very friendly and understanding when we told him that we needed extra time as we didn't manage to make our breakfast in time . He let us finish with no issues at all .
There was nothing not to like.
