Il b&b ha una posizione ottima, nel pieno centro di Orbetello, vicinissimo ai parcheggi di via mura di ponente e levante. La camera è pulitissima e il letto molto comodo. La colazione è molto buona. La proprietaria inoltre mette a disposizione un pass per parcheggiare nelle zone riservate ai residenti.
L'unica pecca è che non è possibile utilizzare la cucina e soprattutto il frigorifero in quanto chiusi a chiave.

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare qualcosa…. Armadio poco capiente e poco attrezzato (grucce per diversi capi di vestiario)

Stanza pulitissima e arredamento nuovo e moderno. Terrazzo con vista sulla via principale. Colazione ricca e abbondante, con alternative altrettanto valide per vegani e celiaci. Disponibilità totale da parte della host, sia per l’appartamento che per consigli riguardo alla vacanza (escursioni, ristoranti, punti di interesse, etc.)

Nonostante io sia celiaca ho trovato tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno, con più scelte per la colazione.

Posizione centrale, camera bella spaziosa, moto essenziale e pulita ,colazione con molta scelta tra croissant, latte, cereali, plumcake, marmellate, fette biscottate. Paola che mi ha accolto è molto pronta e ricettiva, infatti abbiamo comunicato in maniera molto veloce sempre.

Posizionato sopra a un bar molto frequentato anche di sera, può dar fastidio il vociare se si tiene finestra aperta. Zanzariera presente, ma inutilizzabile perché rotto il gancetto

Besonders gut hat uns die schöne Dachterrasse gefallen mit dem Ausblick über die Dächer von Orbetello. Auch die Lage mitten in der Stadt war sehr schön, so konnte manabends noch bummeln und bequem essen gehen. Durch das oberste Stockwerk hat man auch kaum etwas von dem Lärm auf dem Corso (Fußgängerzone mit Bar unten) mitbekommen. Da Parken war auch unproblematisch, da wir einen Anwohnerparkausweis bekommen haben.
Das ist eigentlich "Meckern auf hohem Niveau" , man muss sich nur darauf einstellen. Die Treppe zur obersten Wohnung ist sehr schmal und schwierig mit großen Koffern zu bewältigen. Und man wird morgens von dem Gekrächze der Möwen geweckt.

B & B is located on the main Orbetello street. Rooms clean and nicely decorated. A good point to explore the argentario peninsula.
It is not possible to park your car in front of the building. You need to park your car in a parking lot away from the B&B.

The location was very good, with a shop and car park 2 minutes walk away. The owner was very welcoming and it was interesting to talk to him

Location is in city center. Short way to everywhere. Rooms and common areas were clean. Check in was easy. We could choose if we wanted sweet or salty breakfast. Paola is very helpful and her hospitality is super!
The rooms which are facing the street can get pretty noisy during the night time because there is a popular bar downstairs.

the B&B Corso Italia is a very nice place in the Center of Orbetello. Paola is a great and very warm host. I enjoyed my stay there a lot, the Room was súper quiet, minimalistic but nice and it had everything you Need. i loved the possibility to have my bike next to me and storage some beverages in the common kitchen. I had a bathroom for me alone even if that wasn’t the deal by booking. I could come and go as I wished. I liked the sweet breakfast.
I would definitely come again to this place if I happen to be In Ortebello again. which, by the way, is a wonderful small place surrounded by the oceans. it allows great views and there are flamingos!!!
I rode my bike around Monte Argentario on a sunny day and it was maravellous. the Riserva Natural Duna Feniglia has also a very nice wood and a fantastic lonely beach. I will definitively come back someday earlier in the year to swim there.

The hostess was very nice and she definitely tried her best. We had a terrace with our room which was perfect, however we would have appreciated cleaner and fully working outdoor furniture.
As it is on the Main Street, it was very noisy at Night, so I definitely would not recommend our room to anybody who is sensitive to noise.

It was a nice, clean and well located place. Great communication with the owner who came to arrange the check-in/out and breakfast etc. Free parking 5 min away by walk.
It had everything we needed.
The stairs with my heavy luggage. The breakfast was a bit limited
