The only good thing was the staff at the restaurant for the breakfast meal

They dont clean the rooms well the sheets were not fully cleaned half of the time they did not replenish the bathroom supplies found a red hairs in our bathroom we dont have red hair we had a shower head that was broken and spraying water to the side the second that it was opened the bathroom door was missing four screws in between two hinges and that door is very heavy the latch for the balcony door was broken and would not lock the main pool was under maintenance the whole week

Nice facility but not accessible to amenities. I felt that bbecause i had adis ount thru booking I was given an inferior room, and the hotel was almost empty. No excuse for the very basic, dirty room, shower was unusable due to some. White powdery stuff falling from the ceiling . No breakfast offered, except in a tiny discreet subnote at room selection online, and very expensive prices. We’v come to Ajijic many times andd found the place to be unfriendly.

Good location, 5 mins drive to Chapala and 15 mins to Ajijic (need a car to come here though) - Spacious room - Good window soundproof - AC works fine - Nice views from the room as well as the restaurant

Wifi has a firewall that prevented me from connecting to my work VPN, so it was useless to me. - Parking indoors is insufficient, they use it for people that go to events and parties instead of giving priority to guests. - Breakfast is good but not enough choices, and coffee is really bad. - No safe in the room - Shower head was dirty and obstructed with scale
