The location was amazing

good location, comfortable facilities

parking was very difficult, although there is public parking around it, it was always super full

We enjoyed our stay.

There was a noise from the street from the cars. That's why we moved from bedroom to the living room on sofa, it was quieter there, only ocean and waves.

View from the apartment is really mind blowing. Water access ladder in front of the balcony - there was a fisherman daily :D Panoramic terrace door and balcony rail is the piece to go for. Strongly recommend a car for the island. A bit of challenge for dropping the trash - did not find the close by stations and drove to drop off near the bakery - but it was on our way anyway so no issues.

Strong recommendation to get the shower extended to the wall - 2 people use and it was constantly going over on the floor outside. You get used to wiping the floor constantly but could've been done differently for convenience (design & construction).

Nothing. Everything was perfect

The apartment was clean and has all the facilities, although the bed was a bit small for two persons. It has a nice view at the sea and there is a sea pool in front where you can swim. Some restaurants are nearby but some of them were fully booked, so make sure you make reservations in advance. Ponta Delgada is at walking distance.

We found the bed a bit small in size.

Apartment is very nice, well equiped and cleaned. Comunication with owner very good. The view is spectacular to hear sound of ocean is fantastic.

The bedroom is smely and the narrow bed has uncomfortable mattress. Finaly I slept on sofa which is better, but far from standard of luxury apartment.

The appartment was really nice, well equipped and with nice view to the ocean.

On the ground floor, there was a noise in the bedroom from the cars passing along the road.

Everything was just great. Location, accomodation, apartment is really well equipped...With one Word....TOP!

Everything was SUPER!

The view is amazing and the location is quite good as you are quickly on the highway and the proximity to the water is also a big plus.

It's a shame we never got to meet the host, it felt very impersonal. The area wasn't the most welcoming either and it was hard to find a parking spot. The bed was small and uncomfortable.

The biggest highlight is, without a doubt, the view that the Islet house offers. In addition to the view, the sound of the sea makes the stay in this apartment very unique and relaxing. Although the purpose of the trip was to get to know São Miguel, it always made me want to stay a little longer in the apartment not only for the view but also for the comfort that it provides. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. Carolina, who manages the apartment, in addition to being friendly was very helpful, always keeping us informed and updated about COVID situation, as well as with some tips on what to do, what applications to use, where to eat, etc... We fell really welcomed!

The room is located near a road making it a little noisy in the morning. The bed in the bedroom may also be a little small for a couple in which one of the two is a little bigger (more then 1,80cm)

Amazing location by the ocean. Difficult to beat the view from the living room. Have never stayed in a place so close to the ocean. We were there in winter, but you could swim literally 2 meters away from the building. Apartment very well equipped. Super clean. Great Covid destination, since you can just spend all your day there admiring the waves, even better if the ocean is rough. But also a great base to explore the island. It was heart breaking to leave.

The bedroom was a bit odd, but the rest of the place more than made up for it.

There were a few essentials missing in the kitchen that would make a big difference like potatoes peeler and orange juice squeezer:)...although there was a liquidifier
