I asked for an iron and was told I'll get one. I wasted 2 hrs in the appartment waiting for it only to be told " I don't do my ironing, I cannot find iron".

The house and the yard are absolutely wonderful. The hosts are pleasant, welcoming and approachable. The patio outside the apartment is delightful and it overlooks the lake so we enjoyed having dinner there in the evenings.
