Living space very spacious, beach equipment, umbrella & windbreak checking in & out very easy. Good location

No kettle, i know there's a cafetière but not the same if you just want a cup of tea. tired but ok.Droning noise at certain times sounded like one of water tanks on roof above apartment not right.

the property is in a great location and has everything we as a couple needed. It was lovely and clean and very comfortable. A home from home with bottled water and juice in the fridge, great when you’ve travelled.

The property is just a little bit tired in places. The over bath shower head would benefit from being replaced as would the Iocks on the patio doors and lounge shutters. We would have willingly have paid more for access to the air conditioning, our stay being in January we were cold in the evenings, even some sofa rugs or throws would have helped.

The appartment is beautiful as in the pictures and is located near bus station, beach and the center of El Cotillo. Everything you need (supermarket, restaurants, bike rental, surf scool) is near, but it is also quiet :). The appartment is wonderful, well equipped and there was everything we needed to enjoy our holidays.

The property was a roomy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, stylishly decorated. The kitchen had all you need for simple meal prep and there were several beers in the fridge waiting on our arrival. It was a 5 minute walk to restaurants and the old port. It was well stocked with sand toys, a boogey board and umbrella. Parking was easy on the street out front and kite surfers could be watched by driving 10 minutes on a dirt road.

The host was very difficult to deal with. The description of the property was inaccurate and dishonest. There is no ocean view or 24 hour front desk. It was not oceanfront or near a swimming beach. The property could not be secured because a patio door was broken and could not be locked. The host did not care and told us it did not matter. Everyone who travels knows where there are tourists there are thieves. A leaking, running toilet used up our water supply and we ran out of water to use one night. The host tried to blame us. She suggested we find other accommodation at 10:30 in the evening but offered no assistance. The host had a very poor attitude and was unprofessional and rude. She left a poor impression of El Cotillo and it's people. This is worst experience I have had in 4-5 years of travel using Bookings.

So clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful few days there. Beds were great, location very good, close to everything and quiet too. Thank you!
