The room was nice and spatial and it had a very nice terrace with flowers. The host was very friendly, answered to all our requests and gave us some fresh tomatoes from the garden. She also kindly allowed us to stay a bit longer for the checkout

It was quite hot during our stay in Hvar and as the room was in the attik it was a bit warm

The host was very lovely and did our washing for us! Let us leave our bags there before check in, very accomodating.

Very simple apartment but just what we needed. The home owner did our laundry for us which was amazing! Lots of towels and linens provided. Very responsive host.

It wasn’t the cleanest apartment I’ve stayed in and could use some freshening up. Very limited kitchen, missing some utensils such as a knife.

Closed to city centre, cheap, new house enough furniture to keep personal staffs. It belongs to one family and they live here also. Perfect hosting, friendly nice view. the full island is mountainous.

We had a great stay here at Butkovic apts. The room was clean and the location was a short walk from the town center. It was nice having the balcony for coffee in the morning or relaxing at night. The host was generous, friendly and always available when needed.

location was good, relatively close to the city centre. Bathroom and apartment were clean. the owner of the home was awesome!! the host who we communicated with over booking.com’s messaging service replied quickly. overall a good stay.
