Smell in the Apartment, very bad bed, dirty sofa and chairs.

Location is the main selling point. Interior of the flat with stone walls has a nice vibe and a lot of potential for a very authentic atmosphere. Somehow we felt this opportunity was missed.

Bed frames were damaged and gave an "old and used" feeling. The sofa in the living room has to be broken, since it was unusable. We didn't sit on it once during our stay. How such a sofa is even offered to the guests is beyond me. Kitchen equipment was less than basic.

Customer car people were always available via email and very responsive. Veronika, Andrea and Jelena were especially helpful. I liked that when the TV sound did not work, it was repaired the same morning I reported it. I liked that when we broke a cup, it was no big deal. And it was great that the taxi trips we wanted were so well organised.

It was a surprise to have the corridor filled with water when the storm blew water in around the old window frame but we were able to mop it up. It would be good to have a brush and dustpan for use by guests, we could keep the floor cleaner. NB. the dining chairs are wearing out, their covering is falling off and should be replaced soon.

Great location, beautiful apartment which has had aircon added since the listing was last updated. Really convenient location, 15 minute transfer from the airport. Comfortable furnishings, well equipped kitchen.

Bar next door was very noisy the 1st 4 nights, but turned out that the owners where away, once they returned all was under control again and the volume dropped to a level that you would expect in a town like Valletta.

Great central location. The air conditioning was very good. The lighting was well thought out in the apartment. The bathroom was a great size. The shower was okay. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of storage. Very clean.

The furniture upholstery on the bed frames and bed sofa were tatty. The faux leather bed frame upholstery was degraded. The bed sofa, the only sofa in the living area, was stained, extremely uncomfortable to sit upon, it had lost all of its plumpness and you could feel the steel frame when sitting on it, plus it tipped you backwards into the sofa when sitting down. I would not use this as a bed at all. The toaster needed to be replaced as we found a melted appliance when we arrived, the agent was quick to to supply a new one. We did let the agent know about all of the complaints we had and they said they would address the furniture problem soon.

I didn't get the apartment and location that was confirmed on the e mail which is TOTALLY WRONG. I paid for the location on the e mail and was forced to go to another location nowhere near what I paid for. What happens now because i didnt get the location I paid for ????? Also when we walked in the apartment water was leaking from the ceiling onto the floor in the living room. The air-conditioning was then turned off and could not be used. Very upset customer 😒 I have also sent a lengthy e mail to Vallettastay

Carpets are not clean. Furniture was old, not stable. Wc is very narrow.

The studio is in the center, close to all sights. it is spacious and the atmosphere of the building and the neighborhood are wonderful!

There is mold in the bathroom, the hangers and shelves are broken, it's very dark. There is no terrace and fresh air. The apartment was not the one from the pictures.

what you see is what you get. everything was up to our expectations. Location is great. Everything is “on line”, you get your code, it provides you entrance and you get your key after you enter the building. You can contact property for whatever you need! We could leave our bags till our departure.

Very good location and the apartament was well equipped and comfortable.

The bar on the corner can be very noisy late into the night and parking was difficult to find.

The view from the balcony was fantastic! The main attraction :) A lot of the time it being end of July, it was too warm to sit on the balcony for long but the view was enjoyable from the main room of the appartment. The appartment was very roomy. The location was great - easy walking distance to all Valletta's restaurants and attractions in a safe neighbourhood. Contact to the CustomerCare email was very amiable.

The kitchen was basic in terms of how it was equipped e.g. only two different sized water glasses. The cleanliness could have been a little more thorough but it was acceptable.

we got the apartment in the city center because our first one could not be opened that weekend. Our apartment was new, on the perfect location, everything clean and comfortable. Close to bus station, fairy start.

In our opinion the price in Valetta is too too high, and next time we would prefer other city to be located.

no cleaning, no keys were available (we have to wait for keys to receive one, that situation brought us more stress), the room was not the same as the photos on booking.com, the furniture was very old lack of shampoo and shower gel, bags for rubbish, etc

Location, nice view from the rooftop terrace (though terrace was not clean and the furniture was old and dirty) so basically it is nice here when you stand on top of the apartment looking away from it, check in was unproblematic and you are within the old town city centre in 5 min by foot, and at St.Elmo in 2 min,

The apartment was not clean, and overall it seems as if the company does not really put much effort into cleaning and maintaining), hair on the floor, stains on the bed sheets, couch and bed are old and destroyed furniture, the kitchen sink was also not clean, dust on every counter, still it was visible that the apartment was renovated a view years, oh and the apartment didnt look anyway near the pictures, the pictures i uploaded should speak for themselves, overall: stay away from Vallettastay Apartments

Attention: they rent multiple apts under the same ad, so it’s a lottery which one you get and where it is located. I was looking forward to the apt described in the booking-confirmation: terrace, elevator. What I got was maltese balcony (smeared windows) and a small open balcony which turned out to be useless because it’s used as a pigeon-toilet. The real problem overall was the state in which the apt was in. It was so dirty that I even developed a rash and breathing problems from all the dust and dirt. The shower presented itself with toiletpaper stuck to the floor, black mold and absolute filthy, drain was clogged. The cabinets altogether filthy and smudgy – it seems they have never been cleaned for years. After complaining about – especially the shower- someone came over and ‘cleaned’ it rudimentary. Nevertheless the drain stayed clogged for 2 days until finally – after several calls and emails – a plumber opened the drain. The people on the phone were nice and friendly but turned out to be not of any help. I was shocked when turning to booking.com to get help to resolve the problems, I was told that the rental company put the blame for the filthiness of the apartment on us (we dropped off our luggage before check-in time and left immediately) as if we hindered the cleaning staff to do their job. The apt is accessible by code. It seemed that people come and go as they like, no notification beforehand. So I was a bit surprised when coming back from breakfast to find a person in the bathroom .
