La Cruz is located a short walk to a beach and in the center of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. It is easy to walk to restaurants in town and the pool was cool and refreshing on a humid summer day. We only stayed one night so we did not use the kitchen but it would be great if you have a longer stay. You could prepare full meals there. Additionally, the person that checked us in was very helpful and provided excellent service. Parking was easy on the street outside. The hotel does have a bar and restaurant however we did not eat there. Overall, great experience with no problems.

Our visit was in the off season so it was humid and there were mosquitos around so most of our discomfort was related to that and not the hotel. The walk to the beach is short but it was not exactly clear how to get there. Perhaps the hotel could include advice on that in their guidance sheet.

Best place to stay if you are thinking about LaCruz area. Very nice little town, the staff and ownership are very communicative and everything was great. We will be back.

Owner and staff were friendly and helpful going out of their way to accommodate us. We had a constant supply of fresh drinking water.

Awesome place to stay...except for the smoking

Smoking allowed onsite, so we had our next door neighbour's smoke coming into our living area.
